This time our favorite author tried to dip his toes into making a typical magic academy story the result? subpar, the story doesnt hold togehter well, the narrative is weird and slow, the main character is aloof, dull, and your typical self-insert even worse, apparently he unlocks his powers by having secks with the girls?? this is way too horny to be taken seriously also are they all adults? if this is an academy, aren't they underage?? weird story, probably the weirdest elyon has written yet, i dont even know where its going, and i dont want to find out either... any good thing to note? um, i dont know, there's literally nothing original about this story.

genuinely fun story, the progression is fine, the main character is ok, the side characters are alright, the world background is mysterious and unraveled over time this novel is literally what a good author would do when taking these generic chinese novel premises of "everyone becomes a lord!!!" and all of that, and make it an actual story however, i still wish the system was more in detail, because there's definitely one, the author is just being very sneaky about it and not showing it, so its all just talked, but this is literally a LitRPG novel disguised as Xinxia

honestly a rare case where JKSmanga tries to write something different for a change. the story still feels comboluted and kinda boring most of the time, the main character seems to have autism (i'm not being derogatory, i genuinely thing he has), but overall, i think its ok? i mean, if you want to rank it through mids, i would say this is a solid 8/10 mid the characters are... ok, fine i guess, but sometimes i feel like the author is afraid of trying new, different things. and that's saying a lot because this is probably his most unique novel so far, yet it still feels samey-samey anyways, it's ok

Checked it out, was really slow and boring. The mc has yet to even use dragon powers, follows really common tropes seen a trillion times. I did read the original novel, but I didnt really find it all that interesting, and it wasnt even that popular either, this author's other work was what made him popular, so really weird this one just got choosen out of nowhere. There are so many other much better and popular novels that should had gotten webcomics instead. I feel like webnovel is simply giving privileges to JKManga because of his vampire novel, quite lame, honestly.
