"Well that's a new record" Allyson said looking up to the screen. He averted to Rory who just sat down on the floor with balls all round him. Even though the speed was at it's lowest, Rory couldn't avoid them. He only managed to deflate one and out of 23 balls. He screamed all through the process, begging to stop the ball shootings and that's how he got to 23. "Dude, you have a lot of work to do. C'mon let's go"

"Okay that's enough training for today" Rory said I'm exhaustion

"The next part won't be that fierce I promise. Next one would be simple."

Rory couldn't trust his words. He has been a total beat from the starting and he seems not to get anything. He never had the passion of throwing punches or avoiding balls or attacks but all came at a sudden. He now believed Vee's word of conforming if he wanted to remain here.

This time, they exited the room and approached to the other room. Rory couldn't help but imagine what the next room would be. Maybe it's a battle place or what will it be. They were just steps away when Rory heard a gunshot. He screeched in fear and found his way to Allyson's back holding his both arms tight. "Are we under attack?"

"C'mon, it's just a gunshot. Let's go"

Rory and Allyson entered the room to see other Night Eye lined up with a small glass wall demarcating each people there. All were with headphones and guns bullets before them for reload. They all pointed at a robotic image afar from them and aiming at the image head. Rory looked at Allyson bewildered.

"That is our enemy. Remember I told you who they are, they are the Krybots and their creator, Krygans. Now, let's get you to a booth"

Allyson dragged Rory and placed him to a booth next to him. They both put on their headphones and loaded their guns.

"Now aim at the image over there, just like this" Allyson said pointing at an image from his booth. Rory followed him by doing the same. "Close one eye and open the other, have a target and lock it. After a successful process, pull the trigger like this." Allyson shot the image skull plunging a hole right at it's head. Rory gulped seeing this. "Now it's your turn"

The gun felt heavy in Rory hands being the fact that this was his very first time of having to use a gun. Though he has seen a gun at Neil's place but he hasn't gotten to use them. He did exactly as Allyson did and pulled the trigger. It hits the image rightward part.

"That was actually good for a starter like you but you need to be more target-ful." Allyson moved closer to his booth and stood behind him now intimately close to Rory. "You do it this way." Allyson aid Rory arm with his and aim it straight to the image. Rory was nervous experiencing this feeling with Allyson. Allyson breath is remarkably close to his arm and all this feelings were new to Rory. He only tried focusing on his shooting practice. He pulled the trigger and this time, it managed hitting the image arm. "Practice would conform you to this. You did well for the first time."

Allyson retraced his steps and ready to exit the place. "What's out next training?" Rory found himself asking.

"You are free for all the day. Go on and explore the rest horizons of this underground world."

Rory watched as Allyson exited the room. His heart was panting fast more than normal. He was nervous, bewildered and questioning. Why did that moment suddenly made his heartbeat rise? What could possibly be the reasonable explanation to that sudden incident?

Unanswerable questions kept flooding his brain. Well, he's free for the day and he can't stand the sound of gunshots so he left the room going back to ZENES. He skipped all activities and approached his dorm. Eventually, he and Allyson were fixed in the same room so, he entered and landed on his bed. He sighed fixing gaze to the ceiling. He was thinking about home now. What would they probably do? By now, they would have noticed his absence and will know that it's not just ordinary. It's been three days off the surface and he really missed it. He missed the soft ground and the green grasses. He has always love nature and sometimes might be afraid of it.

Gosh....he misses all of the surface.

Staying indoor wasn't Rory kind of thing. He loves staying outdoor, viewing all what takes place on it. He has literally been in his dorm for three hours now and the boredom was taking effect. He tried going through the guide given to him by Allyson and another one given by ZENES. Those guide turns out to be more boring than the boredom of staying indoor. He found himself going out of the dorm now. He predicted by then, the school would be over and students would either be out with each other. That probably should do it for now.

He tried finding Allyson but he couldn't even know where to start. He headed to the cafeteria taking a seat. He had a manual guide with him but he seems not to understand what it entails. He grumbled smashing it lightly on the table.

"New here?" A boy asked standing beside him with a tray. Rory taking a gaze at him, could identify what type of Night Eye he was. He was an Emerald type, the nerdy ones.

"Yeah."

"Well that'll change soon."

"How did you guys get so conform to this world,I mean, fitting in here is like hell."

"Well, it's the fact that you just started ZENES in Class E, and besides, you're new here. Not like you were born in this place from the start."

"Oh that"

"Well I think you'll do absolutely well if you train. Besides, you're a Golden Night Eye"

"I was awarded the eye. My eye type isn't known yet"

"That's strange. Maybe there's something more to it"

"You think so?" Rory said enthusiastically

"Well yeah I guess. My Dad works at the lab."

"Really?"

"Yeah. His name is Chang"

"Oh Chang, he took some details of myself when I was up for my eye check. Never knew he was your father"

"Yeah he is. Anyways, I'm Gio"

"I'm Rory,nice to meet you Gio"
