New Problem

Things seems to goes very well and I am learning fast. For Dodge Ball, I've made a new record of 69 balls deflated at an high accuracy. I was partially good with swords now and I can boastfully par with Allyson but in the end, he still shows me who the boss is.

On my Night Eye type, I haven't gotten anything new. Whenever I meet Sir Lyon, he just tells me to stick with being a Golden Night Eye. I always give a nod not knowing what to say. I am so curious to know what I withhold as a Night Eye. This experience seems thriving and explicit.

I got a chance to take a personal lesson with our homeroom teacher, Gerald. He is a Ruby Night Eye and was pretty good. I was surprised when he called for me asking to see him after school. I was a bit nervous about it but Allyson assured me not to fret.

I walked briskly across a hallway. Students passed, minding their business and in my mind, that's a good thing. I just wish time would roll over and this moment will pass with it. I came to a office with a name tag written on it. I knocked on the door and it opened. I looked into the office,quite silent and casual. I walked in and the doors closed behind me. I was startled as my body began vibrating in fear. There was this unnoticeable aura that fill the atmosphere, it was coming across the room.

"Sir, you sent for me" I summoned the courage to talk. He still backed me not making me see his presence. I began getting tainted of this. I shouldn't have come at first.

"You must be Rory" he said. I was a bit pushed to give a sarcastic reply but I held my words. Instead, I gave an affirmative response. "Yes sir. You told me to meet you after lessons"

"That's true." He faced me and my body trembled, it really did. His eyes was brimming bright with ruby and the brightness of his eyes were scary. I've never seen anything like that.

"I sent you to convey some informations that I couldn't discuss with you in the open."

I nodded to him.

"You are a new recruit and a new night eye. You were awarded a night eye so you need to learn fast as you can. You will be placed in rigorous fighting lessons and you will learn what you've missed from Class A to D. I don't know how you'll stand with all of this but I know that by the end, you'll regret stepping underground"

Now I felt threatened. Does this man thinks that I can't handle whatever this world gives me? This dude doesn't know me at all.

"That would be all. And one last thing"

"Yes sir?"

"Don't expect me to go easy on you"

"Understood." I replied and left his sight. I eased down my frights and fear. I took deep breaths while my eyes were shut. I never knew I could go past that moments.

Well, I think that dude must be correct. Am I really ready for whatever the underground has for me? My coming here is a mystery to myself too. First is about my night eye, second I was place in the final class and third, it seem preferential to me these days. I wonder what would cause all these actions to me.

Now, I think those aren't the main problems for me. I have a new one and it's not good, so not good.

The next day, ZENES got on with it's normal lesson time. When it was time for battle lessons, that's where I knew my new problems. I was trying out some swords I saw in the battle center and just then, someone brushed my feet and I fell without notice. Some group of boys laughed at me. I really don't know much about my other classmates but this was absurd.

"New student huh! Probably a waste" He spat those words in resentment. "Even a newly born night eye will know the № 1 code of being a night eye... always watch your back using those damn eyes of yours. Oh wait, I forgot. He doesn't even has an eye type yet" he said and the rest erupted into laughter and mockery. I feel dejected and despondent. He's right. I don't know what I'm doing here.

"Knock it off." Allyson said pushing him away by his shoulder.

"You're his new dog. Or more like his new master cause he will be a good pet"

"I said knock it off"

"Or what?" He asked in a manner of violence. "You'll beat me up? Or you'll run crying to your daddy's arm?" Again, the group of boys laughed out. "Allyson, you know you're just the same with him. Know your place kiddo." His last statement were referring to me. He truly was a bully but I was surprised to see Allyson back down. He's a golden night eye and this guy is surprisingly a sky blue night eye. I don't understand this.

I saw Allyson's stretched out hands to me. I took his hands and he helped me get up. I really need explanations.
