The Game I Play

I stand in a black void unable to feel anything. "Do you want to play a game?", a blue luminescent box asks. I grin. Of course, why would I let go of this opportunity to get out of this mundane life. Multiverses? Unlimited power? A cure to my depression? I'm in. Author Notes I got bored of reading most Gamer fics out there, so I am going to have a shot at my own. Most of the gamer elements of this story will be half derived from other fics (inspired from DarkWolfShiro, Crowbourne) along with a mix of my own ideas. A couple of other things I want to add: - This will be a jumpchain with the MC hopping across mainly anime worlds but also some TV worlds too. Do note that the MC will be spending a significant time in some of these worlds, so certain worlds might last for alot of chapters. - Unlike the other jumpchains the MCs harem will tag alongside him to the other worlds. - The first few chapters will be a bit technical introducing various aspects of the system, along with some grinding to become OP. However before you click away, this is to setup the MCs personality for the more 'emotional' part of the story later on. - The MC won't be a hobo-grinder and is just a tired 20 year old who wants to live life without any restraints like money, job, school etc. - We will be starting out in HOTD but there will be no romance, mainly just powering up. The HOTD arc will probably not be too long. - Feel free to suggest any harem members(No HOTD characters) in the reviews. Our salvation has come!!! The original story has quite a good premise,had potential, but was ruined by the weakling mentality of MC.It was like having a good car but not a good driver to drive.Thats why so excited to see this because the story needs a good MC with "mentality of the strong".

Writing Quality 4/5 Readable but need editor to fix some slight mistake but good enough to not distract my reading Stability of Updates 2/5 This is where i'm a bit sad since the author will likely only update on certain time. Story Development 4/5 Lacking enough information, but looking good to me to be honest, I enjoyed it, the R-18 Chapter as well, all in all good. Character Design 4/5 All I know in the present chapter that the protagonist isn't a beta nor an alpha but a like-able type that isn't afraid on getting down on the bed if you know what I mean *wink* *wink* World Background 1/5 Seems uninteresting, both in the original novel and this so low rating.

The story is unoriginal, same story and same plot but different characters. Some grammatical errors in the first few chapters. I recommend the original one better (the world turned into a game after I woke up)

Just for making the mc possess his true powers, I'll give this fanfic 5 stars rating. The original novel was a total sh*t. The author just made a character whose supposed to be OP based on his stats but forces him to look weak just to show that his MC is not OP and has room for development. Like what!!! In the first place, why make the MC OP if you want a room for development your just ruining the stats and the story.
