Alien Virus

Mousse's insights into the Titan civilization were limited to language indoctrination, ensuring they could navigate without being confounded by Titan text.

"This virus is truly extraordinary."

After a week of intense analysis, the research on the alien virus left by the Titans was finally complete. The Titan civilization, despite their advanced biotechnology, seemed to have taken a misguided path, especially when compared to the flourishing Kryptonian civilization.

Varion mused, "Their focus on developing biotechnology as a weapon is a flawed approach. The Kryptonians, with their genetic perfection and vast potential, showcase a more promising direction."

S1, observing Varion's contemplative expression, inquired, "What have we gained, sir?"

Varion sighed, expressing regret. "The experiments with the Xenomorph larvae from the spacecraft revealed their uncontrollability. These organisms lack intelligence, and their acidic blood resists chip control."

Varion recognized the perfection of this biological weapon but lamented its inherent dangers. The Titans, who played with the alien virus for years, eventually faced its lethal consequences.

Once released on a living planet, the alien virus proved uncontrollable, leading to gradual extinction. Varion shrugged off any sympathy, stating, "They brought it upon themselves. Despite having the alien virus for years, they never developed effective containment measures."

S1 suggested, "What if we use the T virus?"

Varion shook his head, explaining, "The alienvirus is too dominant. They have a strong self-purification mechanism. Any attempt to manipulate it would be futile."

Turning his attention to the spacecraft's status, Varion asked S1 about the Titans' home planet. S1 reported, "Cleaning is complete, but the Titan's home planet remains unknown. Mousse advises against provocation, considering the unknown developments over the years."

Nodding in agreement, Varion decided, "Let's prepare to return."

As the five ring-shaped Titan spaceships and the scientific research vessel lifted off, Varion watched them soar into the sky. Once these ships returned, a plethora of possibilities awaited.

"Mousse, commence preparations for the journey back."

"Understood, sir."

The five Titan spaceships and the scientific research vessel initiated their departure. Varion knew the Titan ships couldn't match the warp speed of the scientific research vessel, but their journey back to the solar system would still take around two months.

Two weeks later, the research vessel docked in Borneo, leaving Bill and Tran utterly perplexed by what lay before them. They exchanged bewildered glances.

"Bill, that guy can't be human, can he?"

"I've got eyes, Tran."

The towering Titan was escorted from the research vessel and confined in a specially prepared cell, accompanied by the anaconda mother captured alongside him. Interestingly, the anaconda mother had laid eggs during their captivity.

Titans and humans shared a similar air composition requirement, alleviating concerns about environmental differences.

Varion, noticing Bill and Tran sneaking around, called them over with a smirk, "Hey, you two, come here."

Cautiously, they approached, uncertain of the Varion's intentions.

"Sir?"

"Well, meet your new responsibility. Take care of this guy from now on."

Bill hesitated, questioning, "Sir, is he even human?"

Comparing their heights, Bill didn't see any obvious deformities in the Titan. Standing at 1.9 meters, the Titan seemed like a normal, albeit large, individual.

"I know. Just take care of him. And be cautious, he has a taste for human flesh."

Tran, tearing off Bill's clothes, whispered, "Did we fall for a trick?"

"I don't think so. It's just weird, living aliens, but ugly ones at that." Bill expressed his dissatisfaction.

In the room, Varion, having just groomed himself, received the latest report from the Kryptonian soldier.

"Commander... here's what happened."

"Alright, keep me updated."

The cultivation of the blood orchid had progressed smoothly, yielding more C substances beneficial to Kryptonians. These findings also showed promise for the development of new R-series medicines, potentially leading to R-3 type medications.

...

Back in New York

"Chairman, this is the latest company statement. The McCarran Company has released a new drug, impacting our products significantly." Lily, with a hint of fear, presented the report to Varion. The company had been running smoothly, and any disturbance was unwelcome.

Varion glanced at it and put it aside, "Alright, inform the media. We'll hold a press conference."

Lily was surprised, "Chairman, a press conference?"

"Indeed, a new product launch. What else could it be!" Varion replied with confidence.

Lily turned on her heel, ready to leave, but Varion had second thoughts. He halted her, saying, "Hold on, let it go. Don't inform the media. Instead, send invitation letters to the military, Congress, and other nations, including heads of state. I'll provide you with specific requirements."

"Understood, Chairman."

Perhaps he needed more resources or wanted to assert his authority—don't mess with him.

With the imminent arrival of the Titans' spaceships, a new era was about to unfold. The spaceships lacked stealth technology, and their arrival would be undeniable.

Simultaneously, invitations from Krypton Technology reached five rogue countries, government officials, consortiums, and powerful companies worldwide. The intriguing contents made many skeptical, but they couldn't ignore it. The timing was perfect for the introduction of the R-1 medicine.

A week later, a diverse group gathered at Krypton Technology headquarters.

"Chairman, the guests have arrived."

Varion nodded, straightened his attire, and entered a vast conference room filled with government officials, private forces, and eager attendees. Expectations were high; failure to impress could have dire consequences.

They had come because they believed Varion wouldn't deceive them.

"Everyone, welcome to the new product launch of Krypton Technology."

However, a middle-aged man interrupted, "Wait, you brought us here for a product launch? Do you know how much you're delaying us, Mr. Varion?"

All eyes turned, and Mousse relayed information about this person through Varion's headset. A representative of a consortium with a backing country, explaining the audacity.

Varion signaled to S1, who promptly pulled out a pistol, fired a shot, and blood sprayed. The room remained silent, captivated by Varion's unexpected action. Fearlessness or a façade, they watched.

"Flies won't disrupt our press conference. As for why we're here, it's detailed in the invitation letter. I believe it will pique your interest."

A device in the room displayed a 3D image, stunning many. Virtual projection technology—impressive and rarely used outside the military. Varion's surprise didn't end there; he manipulated the virtual projection with ease.

"The preparations are complete. Let's watch a short video."

All eyes fixed on the virtual projection, showing a man in a rainforest battling armed foes. Each strike and step came with on-screen explanations, revealing extraordinary abilities beyond human norms.

If WH people were present, they'd realize this wasn't their team.

Could this be their new product?

The implications were staggering. With such a force in the army, it would be unstoppable. The overall strength of any army would skyrocket. Faced with an ordinary army, it would be a one-sided massacre.

After the video, Varion looked at the audience with a smile. "What do you think of this? I named it R-1 potion, a human strengthening potion. It grants incredible strength, speed, physique, heightened concentration, rapid recovery, endurance, and most importantly, no side effects. It can be mass-produced and even delays aging."

Gasps filled the room as people yearned to inject themselves.

A military man raised his hand, "Mr. Varion, are you planning to sell this? Such power belongs to our nation."

Outrage erupted, "Why don't you die? This belongs to all mankind!"

"Well, I just mentioned one thing. Do you all have to react so dramatically?"
