CHAPTER 59

Chloe,Franca, Vera and Keane sat quietly on the dining table,munching on their food.

Keane cleared his throat,gaining their attention.

"I have something to say".They gave him a nod to go ahead.

He brought out a document and gave it to Franca. She gave him a questioning look and took the document and opened it.

And her eyes widened in shock.

"What is all this Keane!!".She shot to her foot,glaring at him.

"A divorce paper- ".

"What!".Vera vexed."Dad,how could you,why?".

"Why?".He questioned."Why shouldn't I do that after what my so called wife had done to my niece-".

"It has always been Trina,Trina,Jason or Avery but what about me and your daughter, you never do anything for her".Franca was already going mad with anger.

"I tried to do everything for Vera but she pushes me away and I had no other choice but to stay away,let's go our separate ways Franca,you can keep Vera in your custody and i'll visit once in a while-".

"Keane you can't do this to me".She lunge at him,holding his hand."You can't leave us,Keane...please don't do this to us".She pleads while crying.

"Mom!".Vera pulled Franca hand from his."We don't need him,his dead to us-".

"I was always dead to you".He got to his foot."Please sign this document and let's get this over with".

"There is nothing we're gonna get over with cause we don't need you,your money,house or anything so shove it all in your ass,NOW GET OUT!!!!".Vera growled.

"From a house that doesn't belong to you".A voice perk in.

Their attention was diverted to the door where Trina and Avery stood at.

"What are you two doing here!".Chloe got to her feet,vexed by their presence.

"Why shouldn't we be here?we're here to celebrate Christmas with family".Trina smiled slyly.

"And we can't wait to hand over our Christmas gifts".Trina handed a document to Chloe.

"What's the meaning of this,AVERY!!!".Chloe slammed the document against her face."You can't do this to me-".

"Why?when this is my house".Avery retorted.

"Haven't you had enough!you snatched away the company from me,my first love and now my house!!!!".Chloe eyes darken with anger and fury.

"That's where you got it wrong Chloe,you always do,this was my house before you snatched it away".She says with every step she took toward her."My company?you snatched it and Jason was my husband and you also did what?Snatched,just like you always do,taking every single thing and person from me but not anymore".Her feet halted when she stood in front of her sister,face to face."I think is high time,I take back what belongs to us,don't you agree my dear Rina".Her gaze shifted to Trina who wore an angelic smile.

"Yes mother".

"Stop this,please".Chloe says in a husky voice."You've the company now,so please leave us be".

Avery scoffed."After you replaced Trina's name with this piece of Shit".She glared at Vera."And then treated my daughter as you wishes and you think I'll let this go before teaching you all a great lesson?".She chuckled incredulously. "You must be kidding me....I think i've been good enough by not dragging your ass to court,you ungrateful asshole!!".She spat.

Chloe couldn't look her in the eyes,so she lowered her gaze.she was overwhelmed with guilt and shame.

A deep furrow appears on Vera's forehead. What did she just heard.House,Company and a piece of Shit?.

She laughs incredulously, gaining everyone attention. "You got to be kidding me,old lady".Vera pushed Chloe behind."Just because you rose from the dead doesn't mean all this can be restored to you once again....you can't come here trying to kick us out from our own house,so go back to the dead,you-".

SLAP!!,SLAP!!,SLAP!!.

Vera suddenly landed on her butt after she received an unexpected slaps from Avery.

"How dare a filthy parasite speak to her predator this way".Avery grimace.

Franca ran to her daughter to help her up but she wiped her hand off her and shot to her foot,glaring back at Avery.

"Just take a look on how this woman slapped me yet you couldn't do any, Are you really my father!!!!".Vera nose flared up as she fought to hold back her tears.

"I was never, your mom had signed the document, we are divorced, so if you wishes to let go of me then you're allowed and don't come running to me since you want no Money,house or anything. ...goodbye" .Keane storm off as Franca ran after him in tears.

"How could you do this to us,Avery!!".Vera said undaunted.

"I think the parasite has over stay its stay in an host" .Avery broke into an innocent smile.

All Vera wanted to do was to knock the day light out of her eyes but she was powerless, so all she could do was to grit her teeth in rage.

"I hope you all will be gone before dawn if not the forces will come by themselves to wish you happy Christmas in advance" .She says sarcastically,laughed and walked out and Trina follow behind.

Finally, they had taken back what was finally theirs.
