«First chapter spoilers. Read the review at your own risk.» I read the first chapter. First impressions? The stages of grief are portrayed accurately throughout the chapter. Leia goes through disbelief and denial when learning about the death of her mother and then enters the raging stage. Good illustration, I'd say. One thing that I'm thankful for is the lack of spelling errors or grammatical errors. All in all, I'd give this a 8.8 out of 10, based on the first chapter. So for all of you who’re wondering if this is worth it to read, I'd say based on what I've gleamed so far? Go for it! And for why I've given this a 8.8 rating, it's because of the pacing. Everything is happening so quickly, first Leia’s mother dies, she goes and gets drunk, goes into her father’s mansion and starts smashing his expensive cars. All in one chapter.
Currently I feel this novel is relatively nice in terms of how the story progression is like and how the author has seem to already developed their characters. It's the beginning phase and yet I can see high potential. Though it would be great if there are more emphasis on the various situations where I think that there needs more showcase on the actions as well as the emotions of the characters. Nevertheless this will be an interesting read as long as there are constant chapters update
Such a good novel right in the first 7 chapters. The intense and the scene created were also good. Though I'm not good on reviewing in this genre, I could see the promise on this novel. I can already see the world background but I cannot predict what would happen next like the chapter where Adrik (the Alpha) stopped Leia. I thought he will going to keep her but he let her go. That one scene provides a better understanding to the author, that she was not writing a lame novel or a cliche one like the guy save the girl for right at first sight. This is good, please continue to write Author! [img=recommend]
