OBJECTIVE

"DAMN BASTARDS!" Steven yelled furiously as he finished reading the mail he had received. In summary, he was fired for his absence from work in the last 3 days, which was illogical, since it was the fault of the accident of the same company that disabled him.

The reason for his dismissal seemed illogical to him, since it was obvious that they knew his situation and even so they fired him with an easily refutable justification, and that made Steven think, he felt that there was something strange, but he couldn't know what it was.

Not understanding the reason for his dismissal, he decided to put it aside, something in his subconscious told him that it would be dangerous to investigate, so he just left things as they were and accepted his dismissal.

Make no mistake, Steven was furious, but his gut told him that this was the best decision he could make, just accept it and leave. Leaving all that situation aside, Steven checked his bank account, since he needed to verify his savings, he had lost his job and had to see how long he could survive.

Fortunately he was a young saver, so he had 10,000 credits in his bank account, which was more than enough for him to survive for about 3 months taking into account his current expenses, which are only limited to food, services, and rent for his small apartment.

Having verified that he opened the web portal that he initially planned to review. Once there he began to look at the different theses on different types of technologies focused on mechanics and robotics, after all that was his specialty.

He spent the whole afternoon reading theses, his quick learning ability had manifested itself in all its splendor, because now he had the ability to understand many things that were previously difficult, he was like a sponge that absorbs knowledge.

He was so impressed by his new ability that he only came out of his concentration state until dawn the next day and for some reason he didn't feel tired, maybe it was the euphoria of his new abilities.

He felt like he had learned so much more that day than he had in his 5 years of college, which was impressive, and he only left his cell phone because at that moment the doctor and nurse who visited him yesterday came in to check him up.

The doctor didn't take long to do his review, barely 5 minutes, everything was in order, so he left quickly and Steven continued with his study.

In that same routine, he spent a week. The doctor visited him every morning and evening to check that his condition was not getting worse and for the rest of the time, it was just Steven and his cell phone, his passion for studying was amazing and the knowledge he had acquired it was extraordinary.

After that time and since Steven had made a satisfactory recovery, he was discharged. Fortunately, he had private health insurance, so his medical expenses were already paid, since, being unemployed, it would have cost him a fortune.

Upon leaving the hospital, he returned home after going through the market where he bought food and basic necessities that he lacked, being almost 2 weeks in the hospital it was obvious that what he had at home had already gone bad.

Once in his apartment, he organized everything he had bought, prepared a simple meal, and after eating he took to his computer. During the time he was hospitalized, he had made a decision and that was to make a plan to earn money.

With his new skill and all the new knowledge he had, he figured it wouldn't be hard for him to create something that would make a profit. His forte is mechanics and robotics, unfortunately for projects in these fields the investment of money was necessary, therefore, he focused on studying programming, and he decided to create software.

Although he had made that decision, the reality was that he had no idea what kind of software he should create. He was aware of how advanced technology was and half-baked and mediocre software would not be profitable at all.

He spent a whole week thinking and researching which sector he could focus on and soon came to the conclusion that he had 3 options available: a social network, games, or an app that provided a service to ordinary people.

After thinking about it for a few moments, he discarded the first two, because there were already too many social networks and he couldn't think of something new and innovative. The games were a bit more complex, since it wasn't just about programming, there was also an artistic aspect to it, so he dropped that.

Decided thus by discarding that he would make an application, in fact, he already had an idea on the subject of this one. His idea was simple, he would create an app that facilitated the mobility of people.

There were certainly plenty of these apps out there, however, thanks to all that he had learned with his skill, he was confident that he would create something that would outdo them all.

With that confidence, he started his project. Until that moment he hadn't realized how much he had changed after his accident, it wasn't a matter of skills, but of attitude. Before, Steven was a somewhat shy and lonely young man, but now he had the confidence to risk the unknown, it was a 180-degree turn.

Being aware of that, he asked, "System, did you do something with my personality?" A few seconds later, a window appeared, saying, [No]. The short message made Steven smile wryly, who could only continue to ask.

He had understood that the system was very specific, he would only answer what you asked, so he had to ask the right questions. "Why is my personality so different?", he asked again and the system replied, [The host is now a genius thanks to his quick learning ability, there is no genius who is not confident in his work]

The answer surprised him, now he understood why he felt that his personality had changed, it was all thanks to his ability. Before he was shy and introverted due to his lack of confidence, but now he had all the confidence in the world, and that's why his attitude was so different.

Understanding all that, he relaxed, and leaving it aside, he continued with his plan. He spent about 2 months programming his new app. He had taken all of his knowledge and created an app that allowed users to check the best route and type of transportation just by entering the location where he was and the destination he needed to go to.

He created an algorithm that searched all the databases of the railway system, bus system, and even the air system. Not only did he provide the best options, but he had the ability to find the cheapest option and therein lay the added value of his application.

Since all those databases were unrestricted, you didn't have to worry about your app being shut down. In addition, it did not intend to establish advertising that bothered users, nor charged for use, it would be a free app.

They would then wonder how he would generate income, but Steven had already thought of that. I do not create this application to make money with it, his intention was to sell it, but before that he needed to make it public.

Steven with his new facet of daring made a move that he had never done before and that was that he spent the little he had saved to advertise his application, which could cause big problems if his plan did not work, but he believed that even if it failed, with his With this new skill it wouldn't be hard for him to find a job, ignoring the fact that when he was fired from Amos Technologies, his resume was tainted and it might not be as easy as he thought.

Fortunately, he did not think about that and continued with his plan, he rented a server in the cloud where he uploaded his application and bought billboards on the most important internet portals that he could afford, and launched his creation to the world.

After the launch, the young man ignored the issue, as if he was confident that nothing would go wrong and, impressively, he was right since the application worked for a full month without him even going in to check if there were any errors or malfunctions. He just dedicated himself to studying.

When he was practically without money and food, he deigned to review how his application had worked and when he refreshed the data on it, he was surprised. He was sure that he would work, what he did not expect was that the success would be so impressive.

The app had nearly 40 million downloads and its daily active users averaged 25 million. In just 1 month it was the most used transport app in the country. Seeing the massive success, he couldn't contain his curiosity to search for news about him and was surprised to find out that he had been on the news several times because of his innovative idea.

Steven still hadn't come out of his daze when his cell phone rang, causing him to jump in surprise, but he soon recovered and answered the call, "Yes?" Mr. Wright?"

"With speech, who am I talking to?" I ask calmly, "Good morning, Mr. Wright, I'm calling on behalf of Search, my name is Eliana Brown, and I would like to know if the gentleman is interested in having a discussion about your app Traveler".
