As he spoke David looked Charles over carefully, few knew that Charles had a Dark side, literally. It was a part of him he had to actively suppress and when active would create a being called Onslaught. This being had powerful abilities, all of Charles and the ability to absorb any mutant into his being and thus permanently gain their powers for himself. If he was not powerful already, he later absorbed a Reality warper. Then there was his involvement with the Illuminati

If David faced him it was not really an issue, the problem was if others faced him first. This was the reason David was concerned about Charles not doing as they agreed, he hoped the man was just being stubborn or stupid.

This was also his prime concern regarding a lot of threats, he could easily handle anything except TheOneAboveall, TheOneBelowAll (Who had yet to be freed as he was a being linked to all the gamma beings), Beyonders and was wary of a few select reality warpers.

Smiling David said to Charles, "Jean has shown an interest in seeing where Kal and I live, so while he goes to show those who want to see the portal, how about you and I have a chat, Charles?"

Charles smile dropped slightly as he nodded, then found he was unable to send messages to Jean as he had planned only to see David's cold smile, Charles started to feel anxious.

David nodded to Kal and Max then headed into Charles's office, Charles followed behind like a naughty boy.

David sat on one of the side sofa's, he really did not need to play little games to show who was dominant anymore, he left that to the ants. Charles headed over to a drinks stand.

"We had an agreement, Charles. Speaking to Hank and Jean it seems a lot like I helped you, and you decided to only help yourself as well." David said in a neutral tone.

"I did not want to confuse the children; they were coming to terms that they were different, and I thought that in itself was a lot," Charles replied instantly, if anything this made David more concerned.

"So, you decided to change our agreement without ever talking to me, when I am literally a thought away?" David asked patiently.

"It was not something I thought about at the time, it just kind of happened over time." Charles started to speak with slightly more confidence that only annoyed David.

"It seems to me you have broken our agreement, and so there is no reason for you to still benefit from my aid." David smiled and as he did Charles collapsed into a wheelchair and felt pain shoot up his spine.

"WHAT, what have you don't to me?" Charles asked in a panicked voice.

"I returned your life to its original path Charles, next should I release your twin so that she may kill 16 million mutants, you see Charles, that was who attacked you now. She never died and is in many ways stronger than you. As we speak, I am also undoing all the other things my advice to you changed. You will become one of the most mistrusted mutants ever Charles. The good news is, I will judge you on your actions until now." David smiled as he stood up.

"No, wait, I was trying to help the children. Why would you do this?"

"Really, the children? That has always been your excuse Charles, all though history you always used the children as an excuse. You use those children Charles. And for the sake of them, and the future I can see will not change let me do this one thing." David smiled cruelly as he spoke and scanned Charles's brain, as well as the academy, and found it as he expected.

Xavier was shown to be secretive and manipulative. David found Xavier's files, the "Xavier Protocols", which detailed how to kill many of the mutants Charles knew off including most of his students. David also found that when Xavier realized that the Danger Room had become sentient, he kept it trapped and experimented on it for years, an act that many would see as the oppression of a new life and equated to humanity's treatment of mutants. Nothing had changed, not that David had expected anything would without his warnings in Charles's new timeline.

David sighed to himself at his own stupidity, believing Charles was not like his memories said. With that thought, David stripped Charles of his X-gene.

"There, you are no longer a mutant Charles, now you can really act for the children. And before you try to get your powers back, I have removed your X-gene. I trusted you, Charles, you betrayed that trust."

As David spoke Charles's memories caught up, without the advice from David he did as he originally had. He used his power on his students and when he did things he did not like, he used them on himself, in the same instance the changes he made to the children were now in effect." Luckily the worst one would be fixed soon as David was going to take Jean on a "tour" of his lands.

To the staff and those in his group who knew Charles David sent out a message, "Charles Xavier broke the deal he made with me. His punishment has been enacted, firstly his history has run its true course it would have without my aid and secondly he is no longer a mutant as punishment for breaking the agreement and his actions during that time."

Standing before a swirling blue portal Jean had suddenly become a lot less emotional when she heard the message she felt concerned for a moment then thought about it while Scott next to her turned and ran towards the Mansion while making many angry noises.

Scott had made it about 100 meters away when David appeared next to the kids and Hank, "Where is he running off to?" Asked David.

"I think he is running off to attack you, although I am not sure I understand why without first understanding the situation." Replied Jean while watching Scott run off with slight confusion.

Looking to Hank David said, "You understand why I did it?"

Hank nodded, "If I am being honest, I knew it would happen the moment you came to visit. Raven had said to leave it to you as it was your arrangement with him. Although I am relieved you left him alive."

"You and Raven should let the children know what has happened, I am sure some staff is confused as well. Obviously, they are welcome in Genesis." David said to Hank.

Hank nodded, he was not looking forward to dealing with Charles but if he got this over with he could head to Genesis, and after, as he turned to the mansion he saw Scott running back towards the portal with his hand reaching up to his visor.

Hank had enough time to sigh when he saw the red beam coming from Scott's eyes head towards David who had his back turned.

The beams fizzled as they reached David's back, he did not seem to notice the attack as he was started talking to Jean, "So, shall we show you about where Kal lives, it might be of benefit to you, Kal make sure to introduce Jean to Steph, It will be of great help to Jean."

Jean realized she was going regardless, not that she minded as she wanted to meet this woman Kal and David had spoken about.

Jean nodded and walked forwards with Kal through the portal and into Genesis, if it had not been for what Charles had done still being effective she might have objected, but now she was thinking logically and with very little emotion.

David smiled as he watches them leave, fully aware Scott was advancing closer to try a more powerful beam, "Max, you go as well. Jessica (The woman from the trial, Spider-Woman) kill the idiot and clean up please."

"Yes, Genesis," Jessica replied.
