Going out

The team was walking down the huge hallway, making their way towards their respective rooms.

"Wait…so we live here?!" Kryzius asked, his surprise evident.

Aeti replied, "Not exactly. It's more like temporary quarters provided for us during our stay."

Sara chimed in, "Everyone of us pays our own rent, sir."

Kryzius paused, pondering for a moment. "Wait...so where do I stay?!" he exclaimed, a hint of excitement in his voice.

The team exchanged glances before Alex replied, "The ship?"

Kryzius's expression fell slightly. "Oh. Right... forgot about that," he said, a tinge of disappointment in his tone.

"Okay...ANYWAYS! If you'll excuse me, I have friends to catch up with and a shop to visit!" Rina said, darting off.

Yamaha chuckled, "I also need to take my leave... I've probably missed tons of new books in the library." He walked away, leaving the rest alone.

Liora chimed in, "Oh, me too! I'm starving. Bye, guys!"

Darius nodded, "Apologies, sir, but I need to get my daily dose of training. See ya!"

Alex silently headed to his room without a word.

Sara spoke up, "Sir, if you need me, I'll be in my room."

As everyone dispersed, Kryzius couldn't help but feel a sense of solitude. 'Wow... talk about staying together," he thought to himself.

He turned to Aeti, "I guess... it's just the two of us now.'

Aeti looked down at the floor, her expression unreadable. "Finally," she muttered softly.

"What?" Kryzius asked, surprised by her response.

Aeti quickly shook her head. "Nothing. Let's go, sir."

Inside his chamber, Xaphor stood before a large mirror, examining himself. The chamber was dimly lit, with stone walls adorned with intricate carvings and tapestries depicting scenes of battle and conquest.

As he looked at his reflection, Xaphor removed his long cape, revealing his muscular form. He flexed his arm, noting the lack of visible veins but the evident muscle definition.

Turning his attention to his face, he observed his two glowing yellow eyes and the sharp, pointy teeth within his large mouth.

The golden lines on his skin shimmered in the low light. He glanced at his long tail and well-defined buttocks, a strange contrast to his otherwise fearsome appearance.

"Wait... do I have this part?" he muttered, glancing down at his crotch.

After a moment of contemplation, he shook his head. "Nah..."

But then, a hint of uncertainty crept in. "Actually, I hope so..." he added, his voice tinged with a mix of curiosity and apprehension.

He decided to rummage through the drawers, expecting them to be empty. However, to his surprise, he found them filled with neatly folded clothes.

As he examined them, he realized that the majority were jackets of various styles and designs. It seemed odd to him, but he shrugged it off and began to inspect them more closely.

After putting on some clothes that interested him, Kryzius looked at himself in the mirror. He wore a dark jacket that left his well-muscled torso exposed, showcasing the glowing yellow orb in the center of his chest. His black pants fit snugly, emphasizing his strong legs, and he opted to go without shoes, his robotic feet exposed. To complete the look, he added a pair of sunglasses that gave him an unexpectedly cool look.

"Damn, I look cool!" Kryzius exclaimed, admiring his reflection.

He didn't know why, but it felt like the old captain had some really good taste in fashion. This new look gave him a strange sense of confidence and connection to his predecessor.

Suddenly, there was a knock at the door. Kryzius walked up to it, and as he opened the door, his mouth fell open slightly.

Aeti stood there, wearing a white long jacket over a deep black turtleneck that hugged her well-defined bust. She wore black pants and had her hair pulled back in a long ponytail, with inner blue strands that created striking lines. Simple, long, nerdy glasses completed her look.

"Ah, master..." She said surprised.

"Uhm...hi Aeti, you look... amazing," Kryzius said, lowering his gaze from her eyes.

Aeti looked away, a faint blush creeping up her cheeks. "Thank you, Master... you look really nice with your jacket."

Kryzius's tail wagged rapidly behind him. "Thank you!"

"Uhm, well... are you ready to go?" Aeti asked, regaining her composure.

Kryzius nodded enthusiastically. "Yeah, let's head out."
