Arcturus

We see Xaphor and Aeti walking down the vast corridors of the castle, Aeti pointing out various features and rooms as they moved along.

They soon stopped at a large training ground. The area was bustling with activity, knights sparring, practicing with various weapons, and engaging in physical training routines.

Aeti: "This is where the knights train. They also have their own captain."

Xaphor glanced around the training ground, taking in the sights and sounds. "Impressive. The knights seem well-disciplined."

Aeti nodded. "Indeed, they are some of the best. Their captain ensures they are always ready for any threat that may arise."

Xaphor watched as a group of knights engaged in a mock battle, their movements precise and powerful. "It looks like we'll have good allies here," he remarked.

Aeti smiled. "Yes, and it's important we maintain strong relationships with them. Our missions often require their support."

Suddenly, Xaphor felt someone staring at him. He turned to see a tall robot knight standing nearby. The knight was imposing, with a muscular build and the same silver armor as the other knights. However, he stood out with a long red cape that flowed behind him. His helmet obscured his face, but two glowing white orbs within the shadows of the helmet gave the impression of eyes watching intently.

Aeti noticed Xaphor's reaction and followed his gaze. "Ah, that's Captain Arcturus," she explained. "He's in charge of the knight's training and is one of the most formidable warriors in the kingdom."

Arcturus stepped forward, his movements smooth and precise despite his size. "Greetings," he said in a deep, resonant voice.

Kryzius nodded, thinking, 'This guy looks like a Dark Souls enemy.'

Arcturus looked him up and down, his glowing eyes scrutinizing every detail. "What...interesting attire you have," he remarked, a hint of curiosity in his deep voice.

Kryzius shifted slightly, unsure how to respond. "It's, uh, practical," he replied, trying to sound confident.

Aeti smiled slightly. "Captain Arcturus, you might already know this is Kryzius Bynodus. He has—"

Arcturus interrupted, "Yes, I heard about the reincarnation."

Kryzius stood silent, feeling the weight of Arcturus's gaze.

Arcturus looked at Kryzius with an intense look. "You might have the trust of the king and queen, but you should know I am not that trusting."

Kryzius nodded, "I... I understand."

'Jeez, rude much,' he thought.

Arcturus's glowing eyes narrowed. "I hope at least you remember how to fight," he said, his voice carrying a challenge.

Kryzius straightened, feeling the weight of the remark. "I'll do my best to prove it," he replied firmly.

Arcturus gave a slight nod, as if acknowledging the response but not entirely convinced. "We'll see about that," he said, turning his attention back to the training grounds. "Aeti, make sure he gets a proper introduction to the training regimen."

Aeti nodded. "Of course, Captain Arcturus."

As they moved away, Kryzius couldn't shake the feeling that he'd just made his first real enemy in this new world.

Kryzius and Aeti walked back to the hallway, the conversation with Arcturus still lingering in Kryzius's mind.

Kryzius: "Well, I guess Alex isn't the only one who hates me, huh?"

Aeti chuckled softly. "Who? Captain Arcturus? He doesn't harbor hatred towards you, Master."

Kryzius looked at Aeti with curiosity. "What do you mean?"

"Let's just say...it's more of jealousy," Aeti explained.

Kryzius furrowed his brow. "Jealousy? Why would he be jealous of me?"

Aeti sighed. "Arcturus is a fighter-type captain. Besides being strong, he always considered himself superior. One day, he challenged you to a fight, and you won."

Kryzius nodded slowly, beginning to understand. "Oh, I see..."

"Since then, he's had a strange love-hate relationship with you," Aeti continued.

Kryzius pounders for a moment as he tries to know what it meant.

'Wait…So he is a tsundere?!"
