Illusion or Real or Unseen?

In the middle of a tense confrontation, Seku's voice echoed in Kakashi's ears, sounding like distant thunder.

Kakashi was momentarily shocked to see Seku standing in front of him at a distance.

The memory of their recent fight, where Kakashi had almost died, filled him with fear—a feeling he rarely experienced on the battlefield or during his time as an Anbu operative.

Kakashi noticed a quick movement as Pakkun appeared by his side, his eyes fixed on Seku.

The seriousness in Pakkun's expression matched the gravity of the situation.

"You were right, Kakashi," Pakkun said with concern.

"You came dangerously close to losing your life. It's unbelievable, he could sense where you went and where you are hiding."

Seku's style of attack was difficult to predict, and he executed his jutsu with incredible speed.

Each technique Seku used looked similar to the others but had different effects.

It's like a simple kunai but in truth it would become a bomb or spike, or whatever.

Kakashi and Pakkun were confused and it was so fast too.

"And you're getting rusty, Kakashi," Pakkun added, sounding disappointed.

However, there was a hint of teasing in his voice as he said those.

Kakashi slowly got up, showing his acknowledgement.

"He deliberately lowered his voice when using jutsu, making it hard for me to tell them apart," Kakashi admitted.

"And even though I could copy his techniques with my Sharingan, I couldn't master them as well as he did, so they didn't work against him."

At first he was planning to use the same jutsu, however, somehow for some unknown reason, he couldn't copy the jutsu of Seku.

Maybe because it sounds different in each use of it.

Pakkun nodded sadly, regret evident on his face.

"I should have trusted your words more. But I can't help but wonder: What is his motive? What secret is he hiding? Is he really someone that you can call eternal Genin? Heck! Those attacks and combinations are not something we should see from a Genin."

These questions echoed in Kakashi's mind, fueling his curiosity. He also wanted to uncover the mystery surrounding Seku.

Before long, Seku approached them with measured steps, radiating anger.

For an ordinary person, this might not have been worrisome. But this was Kakashi, an important member of the main group of characters—a man who deeply respected his superiors.

A simp to the Hokage, like Uchiha Itachi.

He doesn't like this moment, not one bit of it. He is even regretting not killing this guy.

As Seku got closer, Kakashi had a realization that sparked inspiration within him. It was like a light bulb turning on above his head, filling him with new energy.

"Hey, Kakashi! Long time no see. But what brings you here, lurking in the shadows? Are you following me?"

Seku asked, curious. This was the first genuine interaction they had since his arrival, even though they were considered classmates.

Unfazed by Seku's loud voice, Kakashi calmly responded to the unexpected encounter.

"I felt a strong chakra presence nearby, so I came to check it out. The chakra was so powerful that it drew me here. Did it come from you?"

He asked, curious about the source. There didn't seem to be any other explanation than Seku, who was the most suspicious person around.

Seku didn't waste time and admitted, surprising both Kakashi and Pakkun.

"Yes, it was me."

Seku's straightforward response left Kakashi and Pakkun momentarily speechless. Sensing their unspoken question, Seku felt the need to explain further.

"I've been working on something..."

Seeing Kakashi and Pakkun eager faces, Seku gathered the courage to continue. Though he was initially hesitant, he knew there was no turning back. If things went wrong, he had a robotic dog that could cause trouble in Konoha—Danzo and Hiruzen be damned.

So who can scare him?

They don't know the power of Chinese robot invincible systems— if they messed, he will show them what it is.

"I've come up with a way to combine gaming and training.

"After years of research, I've made it a reality. I call it the Gaming Clan Paradise," Seku revealed, his voice filled with excitement and uncertainty.

Kakashi and Pakkun exchanged curious glances, captivated by Seku's revelation.

"You can develop your skills while having fun? Gaming Clan Paradise?" they asked together. Their interest was clear, but Seku wasn't sure if it stemmed from loyalty to Konoha or a genuine thirst for knowledge, especially in Pakkun's case.

"Yes," Seku confirmed, taking a moment to release a sigh.

"The truth is, Kakashi..." he paused, ready to share a monumental secret that had burdened him.

In a moment of anticipation, Seku, a member of the esteemed Senju Clan, revealed his true identity to Kakashi and the pug ninja, Pakkun.

"I am a Senju, Senju Seku."

He expected their reactions to be astonished, as if their souls had been awakened.

However, when he looked at their faces, he was surprised.

They seemed unfazed, as if the revelation didn't affect them at all.

"Ohh..."

Kakashi said, mildly surprised. Meanwhile, Pakkun placed a paw on his chin and said,

"Oh... now it makes sense," as if everything suddenly fell into place.

The clash earlier was evident, the nature of Seku's chakra and the unpredictable nature of his jutsus— what clan is capable of having ninja with that? Of course it's the Senju clan.

Trying to compose himself, Seku cleared his throat and spoke again, "That's all..."

He wanted to buy his tongue and slam these two, to the ground.

Is that the best you could say or reaction you could make?

Seku thought, forcefully stopping himself from doing that.

Suddenly, Pakkun opened his mouth wide and focused on Seku.

"So, where is this Gaming Clan Paradise you mentioned?"

The question shocked Seku, leaving him utterly amazed.

At first, he was just posing as he didn't hear the question but Pakkun asked again.

So Seku, absentmindedly, looked around, confirming that the building he had just left was still standing, dispelling any thought of a hallucination.

Its towering nature and shadow was still there, standing proudly with a robotic dog chilling at the side cutely.

Dazed and confused, Seku turned his gaze towards Kakashi and Pakkun, and asked with surprise, "Don't you see it?"

Right now, he gestured with his hands that it was there, just there.

However, Pakkun nodded in agreement, while Kakashi simply shrugged and spread his hands apart.

Like they were saying, we can't see it.

Seku pressed further, seeking confirmation, "Are you absolutely sure?"

Both Kakashi and Pakkun nodded eagerly, like lost puppies not sure what command to follow.

In a desperate attempt to prove his own perception, Seku gestured emphatically towards the tall structure that clearly displayed the words "Kenjutsu Music Tower."

Once again, Kakashi and Pakkun shook their heads, leaving Seku to ponder the baffling situation.

He placed a hand on his chin and delved into deep thought. Then, a realization dawned on him, "You felt my attacks earlier, didn't you? The Suiton and everything?"

He asked the question to confirm that he hadn't been imagining things all along.

The evidence was right there in front of them, yet they remained oblivious.

How could he ever invite others and convince them to join him if they couldn't even perceive what was happening?

Caught in a whirlpool of emotions, Seku's mind was filled with confusion, frustration, and a strong desire to bridge the gap between his reality and how others perceived it.

The weight of his newfound identity as a member of the Senju Clan did not weigh heavily on him, threatening to crush his spirit.

However, what was happening in his head was heavy too as he kept asking, how could he navigate this unseen realm and form connections with others who seemed unaware of its existence?

Or is he in some kind of illusion?

However, why did he beat Kakashi in that moment with the robotic dog helping him to pinpoint Kakashi's location.

These questions haunted him as he searched for answers and a way to navigate this puzzling predicament.

I'll upload four more chapters later.
