Reviews of My Vampire System

I started reading this book from the very beginning. I think I’ve been #1 for a long time in fan value. JKS, I love this book and also got to be a character for a little while (Rafer Lyle). Thank you for that! It’s been a great ride. Keep doing your thing because I’m now I’m hooked on MWS and Dark Magus Returns! Great author here guys. You will not be disappointed reading this book!

I've only read 30 something of 900+ chapters, but I can't go on. I really like the idea of this book. I think the system is pretty interesting and could be fun. But, the writing is too immature for me. At first, I thought the MC was really stupid (as a lot of people will say in other comments), but then I realized that everyone is just as dumb. People call it plot armor, but it's really just the author not thinking through things and just making things happen to take to story where he wants it to go. For example, at one point MC says to himself something like, "I should test drinking other blood types." and just like that, some kid he sees as an enemy is suddenly walking through the woods right when he needs it. Or another time, someone dies and the teachers are investigating. MC is a prime suspect, so they put him under a truth ability of sorts and ask directly, "did you kill him?" MC says nope and they just give up just like that. No more questions. Another reviewer suggested that the Military in this book is more like a Sect in a wuxia novel. I think that's absolutely correct and the disparity there is far too annoying for me to keep at it. I started reading this because it's #1 in the power stone ratings and there are novels I really love that a rated much lower. so I wanted to check it out. Perhaps it gets better? I don't know if I care to find out.

The story and especially the world has very good potential but the writing seems very childish. The characters are well written but their interactions with the world seems childish at best. Then there is the fact that the world seems a bit too fleshed out and barebones. Its got potential to be a good novel but the only reason it is the top is because the writer keeps asking stones for chapters or else there are much better novels on this site.

Finally some good Vampire novel with a system. 😍😍😍 It have good starting and the mc is not totally a dimwit. OK filling the remaining characters to post review. Don't mind me.

Okay, I know webnovels have low standard on average, but this felt like it was written by a 14 year old kid. The sentences are so dumb, they are funny. The background of the story is laughable.There is no logic to certain phenomenon and actions. If your're a teenager you would probably still like it though.

Its good for to pass time but that’s all it is. It’s extremely cliche and mind numbingly dumb most of time as the characters decisions don’t have much logical sense. slight spoiler: As soon as he learns he’s a vampire a girl figures it out, you might be think she must blackmails him then? No she becomes apart of his harem as she wants to be a vampire too. Least to say is that I’m disappointed that it has such a high rating.

Arghhhhhhhh!!! after forcing myself to read 700 chapters I can only describe this novel as trash and overrated, maybe this is not for me but I seriously wasted my time, if you like it then there is nothing wrong with that if you don't like the long wait for some action nor do you like that the author is merely scrubbing the floor with some drama then, please skip, don't waste your time reading it this novel dosn't deserve those tags it deserves one and that is a mystery now let me hit my head into the table to forget the uneventful and dull days that I wasted reading this .

this used to be good, but now it was butcher by it's own author. how can all character fall for a single mind manipulation it's just lazy. it feels forceful.

I'm currently on chapter 1713. There is honestly way to much that has happened to truly write a short review here, so I'll just give thoughts on the overall WN. For this platform, this is a good story. However, if your use to books and web serials from other platforms, the WN scores low. Story wise, it's good. I think it was well thought out, planned, and depicted. It's about a human turned vampire as he slowly gains power to eventually rival the gods. It's told in a 3rd person omnipotent narrative where we hear the thoughts of other characters near the MC. I believe there are some improvements that need to be made to the narrative, although these thoughts might just be my bias towards this type of narrative. Character wise, it's honestly poor, at least in the most recent chapters. All female characters act the same, develop some kind of love interest in the MC and usually act shy about it, except for a few bold women. But the female characters don't feel real, they just feel like an accessory to the MC. Compared to WNs such as Beneath the Dragoneye Moons, it just shows that the story needs a bit more work. With writing quality, it feels very poor. There are many mistakes throughout all the chapters. It just feels rushed and like English wasn't the authors first language. About the story feeling rushed, I believe it's because the author doesn't have enough time. JKSmanga probably has to quickly right a chapter a day to fulfill webnovel's contract. Everything else is good.

So far MVS is my favorite book on webnovel. I like the MC character development and the interesting storyline. In my opinion, at first it was quite annoying because the MC's character was naive but it was natural because he was still young and his character development was also very good.

I will preface this review by saying that I really wanted to enjoy reading this story. The first thing I expect from anything is proper proofreading for spelling and grammatical mistakes. I feel like I’m an editor when reading this story. Almost every chapter has mistakes which prevents me from being immersed into the story. The main character seems to have Stockholm Syndrome, where he rewards people who tend to betray him. Its honestly baffling how poorly developed he is. Obviously, I have more gripes with this story, but then I’d be wasting even more time on this story.

The lack of logic is hurting my soul and i cannot stand it anymore. Especially when MC starts going to the military academy. The concept about vampire system and all seems nice, but everything else is just bad. There is not one likable character, MC included. They're all annoying at best.

It's fairly at the start with only 17 chapters at this point but looks promising.. MC is smart and doesn't compromise on his ideals... also the character development is good and has a reality check to it... What appeals to me the most is that even though the MC is weak... He doesn't back down in front of stronger people like a pussy... If the release rate stays high... Then will definitely stick to this novel... Good job for writing this excellent novel and I hope it only gets more interesting in the future

It's either the most lazy or most addictive book, if you are looking for common sense from charchters, if you are looking for personal growth, story development and character arcs then this is the wrong book, but if you are looking for repeated arcs and thrilling time pass then this is it.

This book truly deserves a 5 star ⭐ rating, after reading Earth's Greatest Magnus I thought I could never find a book as interesting as it; turns out I was extremely wrong. This book is just amazing; the storyline, characters, world background & most importantly Quinn. The author did a very good job 👍
