My Hero Academia: Blue Burn Dabi

A story of a hopeful boy, Toya Todoroki. Who against all odds wanted to be a hero. This is his journey into being a Hero. . Author's Note: This is a system fanfic, but the system will be introduced much later. Also don't expect an overpowered MC, he will eventually get there, but it's the journey that matters. The story will start in an alternate world, where Toya didn't snap and become a villain. But a vigilante/hero, and also Endeavor is a real shitbag here, not a sissy shitbag like in the manga. Another thing, in the mange Toya is around eight to ten years older then Shoto, but not here. Here Toya is only 6 years older then him. If you have any suggestions please post a review or a comment. I will try to get back ASAP. Also in future, I will add villains or heroes from Marvel, DC or even the Boys. And later on, I will add powers from other animes. But don't worry, I will balance them out. That is the reason for the tags.

Extended Prologue | Part 1

A/N: Extended Prologue means I will be expanding on the prolouge. So you will know how he 'died'.

Before you start, in this fanfic, Dabi/Toya is completely Original/Diffirent, nothing like how he is in the manga or anime. And the System will be intreduced a bit later down the story. After his presumed 'death'.

Also I will be uploading more chapters on a regular basis on my PatreØn.

So it would mean a lot if you want to go and support me there.

Extended Prologue | Part 1

"What do you mean that UA rejected my application?" A boy asked over the telephone, his head full of snow-white hair and a dreadful expression on his face.

He was tall for a sixteen years old, and had muscles that made him look more older than he was. He wore a white shirt and khaki pants and a phone was over his ear.

"No… no, that shouldn't be right. But even Shinji Nishiya's application got accepted." He said, massaging his temples.

"And what about Shiketsu High?" He asked softly a minute later.

But his expression changed from dreadfulness to anger and he slammed onto the nearby table. "But I got recommended there!" He shouted. "And now suddenly they won't even acknowledge my application?! I am coming to school right now." He said.

"I don't care what you think of me, Kudo-sensei."

And he slammed the telephone off. He knew what this meant. His future would be ruined if he didn't act. Getting out of his chair, he pulled over his black hoodie and he left out of the front gate in a hurry.

"Nii-san? Are you going somewhere?" Fuyumi, a girl around the age of fifteen, with white hair similar to his brother came running out of the kitchen but Toya was already gone. "It's pretty late…" But he was nowhere to be seen.

Toya Todoroki the eldest son of the Todoroki family was in a bad mood. As he crossed the road and stood for the train to come as he started thinking about what had happened, how his dream was shattered.

It has been what? Almost two years since he stopped his hero training with his father. And he was admitted to a nearby school. Before that, he was always home school, which didn't help him in his social life.

But he didn't have time to think about that. Tomorrow was supposed to be the UA entrance exam. He was looking for it, all of his life. Yet he couldn't take it, why, because his application got rejected. That was pure bullshit!

He squeezed his knuckles white just thinking about it. He wasn't the best in academics, but he knew he had enough points to apply to UA. Even Shinji did. And he was always getting himself in trouble for his actions.

The train came not long after. The whole journey, he thought about it. But what didn't make sense was his Shiketsu High application.

After their demo-test in the middle school this year, they had handed out a recommendation for him. Meaning almost a back door entrance for him. But now they rejected their application.

The train stopped and he walked. And before long he was at the front of his school. The sky was already getting dark blue by then, the sun had already set.

He started walking towards to teacher's room, when a voice called out.

"Don't even bother going there."

Toya frowned looking towards the source of the voice. A muscular blonde man stood there, his PE teacher. A man whose origin was from England. Toya wasn't even sure how he ended up here.

"Oh, hello Ken-sensi." Toya greeted bowing his head.

He nodded, "Kid, run home." He said releasing a sigh. "You are here to talk about the application right?"

Toya nodded.

"This usually happens, students get rejected and I get on Guard duty." He shook his head. "But even I am shocked that your application got rejected. You applied for UA right?"

Toya nodded again.

The man started walking towards him, placing his hand over his shoulder. "Try a general course or something. If your application was rejected by UA, the other Hero courses wouldn't want you in. You should have applied in other hero courses from the beginning."

Toya's face paled at that. "B-But, even Shinji got his application accepted."

"Shinji Nishiya?" he raised an eyebrow. "His father's loaded I guess. That kid is a trouble if I saw one."

Toya took a step back. "But…"

"No, but's listen…" He sighed. "Even I wanted to attend a hero program when I was your age. But politics, connections, and money… mostly money is needed in this type of work. I thought at least UA would be different… but you learn something new every day."

Toya opened his mouth, and suddenly his throat felt dry. What should he do…

"Toya Furizu, I know I am not best at explaining things… but maybe you should take up on the Shiketsu High offer." He said. "At least they will cherish your talents."

Toya Furizu, that name. The last name of his mother, but nobody except the school principal knew that. That principal knew who he really was. Son of the infamous hero Endeavour.

Toya knew there were corruption in the system and all. But even with that, just saying his last name should have been enough to get his application in UA. But it didn't, something was wrong.
