Reviews of Isekai Journey Of The Magic Archer

Where as most of the novels here feature over powered MCs, prideful young masters, or harem building protagonists - this novel has none of those. Instead it is a tale of love, growth, and just general goodwill. It does have conflict, and it does have dark and dangerous moments. But at least for me this novel brings a bit of light into my day seeing the MC adventure through the world and experience the fantasy life I feel we all imagine having at some point. One thing I must say, the writing does start out with a lot of grammatical and spelling errors. These errors start getting ironed out around chapter 30 and by chapter 75 they're very minor and don't particularly affect the enjoyment of the story at all. The author has a very fun approach to writing though which allowed me to still enjoy the novel even during the somewhat rough beginning and I'm now past chapter 100 enjoying each new scene as they're presented. For what this novel is like, if you've seen/read Mushoku Tensei then it's rather similar to that but with a far more wholesome approach - which I personally prefer at least. I hope you give this novel a chance and enjoy it!

The concept of the story is good, but maybe the author can find their own way to make it unique. Honestly, the convo is a bit too much, maybe the author can find their own way to simplify or improve them. Then for the last, please tidy up the paragraph arrangement like separate something like [...] from the paragraph to make it more clear

Overall I’d say pretty good, one thing I appreciate is that the writing and grammar is readable without egregious mistakes. World setting and character design is fairly in depth and thorough although sometimes I find myself lost in terms of the different powers of stuff. Sure the author has clearly laid out the power structure but it’s easy to forget when switching between colors and tiers and the “well this person has a tier 3 core but their attacks are tier 4” idk maybe it’s just me but I find it confusing. A word of caution, this book is nauseatingly cliche, I won’t take away stars for it because it was warned at the beginning but sometimes I find myself just wanting to skip the long sections of cliche wholesomeness. Personally I’d like to see a bit darker of a setting with more conflict.

The world building was excellent 👌 but the characters if I could give it a rating were three stars that is if I am being optimistic. The story was good but how the author design the characters and how the characters interact were childish to me. It is like the characters were designed by a 14 - 15 year old. There is no maturity and at times the chapters are cringe that I just have to skip. The world building was very good and well thought out and ingenious. But the author has to improve on the characters. Magic, aura, and the other power systems I love it and to me the power systems was well made and did not clash. But please author improve on the plots and characters or else it may spoil such a good story.

Good story but the author is often too verbose and explains things in more words than would have been necessary, and tends to overrepeat the same information over and over. Be warned, a single day can be told in almost 50 chapters. This is the story of a man who had a lonely life in a futuristic Earth. He gets reincarnated into a loving family, and of course having the mind of an adult means he’s a prodigy. When he is going to visit his maternal family in the capital, an incident happens that forces him to survive for 6 years in a dangerous forest. He resumes the normal course of his life afterwards.

Although this book has cliche aspects, there is always a unique spin on them that fits Axion's character. The only thing I find a little annoying is how some of his powers aren't explained properly, specifically some skills or equipment. Like I've been reading, and I'm at ch 160, but I still don't get what exactly Asta is or some skills like shadow curtain, etc.

I really like this story but why is the story developing at a Snailys pace since he reunitet with his family? The 3 or 4 days of him comming back has more chapters then his training arc with his master .. If this goes on the school arc comes at chapter 600 or 700 ...

The story is good. the scenery is described with detail. the slice of life part is nice with mc doing something else like alchemy cook and crafting than just fighting, i has been tired watching chinese novel who just fight, fight, fight, then cultivata and repeat to the end of the story. Pls faster release thank you 😁

I was initially drawn to this novel by the MC being an archer and not having a harem. The novel exceeded all my expectations and became one of my favorites, who knows the top 1. I loved the development of the story, the characters, the world... I can talk for hours about how much I liked it and I hope that other people also will lucky to enjoy this novel. Author-san, thanks for the work!

Really good read, the progression is slow though and the flashbacks last for several chapters but its good and I think that you should read it.

I personally don't ever write reviews on this app but this book is hands down in my top 3 of all time. Keep up the amazing work this book is awesome. Also my personal opinion i genuinely hope this book maybe becomes an anime it would be freaking sweet.

I really enjoy the world and characters of this book. instead of the same video game setting and overpowered protagonist, the world is different and unique. there are different creatures and weird food. The main character has to earn the power he has though studying and hard work.

its a great novel but if he is a archer why would you give him blonde hair he would be sniping from a distance wouldn't that make him way easier to spot

This book could use a proofreader but overall the story is quite good, u can see the author is realy trying to build something rather than throwing empty faceslapping and OP powers like we see more and more these days... Also updates are perfectly stable so far and one chapter a day is good enought to get you hooked. The story is rather slow pathed but all side story chapters so far are for better development of the character design and story background with no filler or word-trick to up the word count so far. To resume: A novel with great potential!

Aittle bit of info dump at the start but it does improve a whole lot later. Few grammatical mistakes here and there but the story is interesting. I'm very interested in the parent's relationship. It sounds quite cute. I wouldn't mind a few slice of life chapters of them just living their lives everyday. Good work Author!

My review will be from the chapters I've read the story isn't that rushed let's say it's slow but it's giving the readers an explanation of everything inside the book it's not bad some will say it's a waste but let's not forget about those who are new on this genre which needs some explanation so I gave it a good start the chapter is clean and the weekly release is a lot updating stability is great that's all
