Jack returned home after another patrol with Spider Man, he looked at his body which had several scars that were almost healed, and were happy to see his strength increasing.

In these last few months, Jack had been hit by several shots and stabbed wounds while facing the bandits, after all, he didn't have Spider Man's Spider Sense and his speed wasn't faster than a bullet.

He just protected his head and tried not to get hit when fighting bandits, just like the system said, he suffered great pain and bleed a lot when shot, but the bullets didn't enter his body and he recovered in a few days.

After Peter saw Jack get hit by several shots and keep walking, he believed that Jack also had a kind of superpower, of course, Jack didn't count that his superpower could improve a lot with training.

Jack felt that he should buy a new superpower with the 2 million FP he had (I'll start abbreviating Fate points by FP), after all, Jack could participate in a lot more fights if he was stronger.

Of course, at the speed of light, he could go from Earth to the moon in just 1 second, so it would be almost teleportation, but as the physics in the Marvel universe was different, he could reach that speed on earth.

Jack was happy after flying for a few hours and returned home, with that power he could now participate in fights against villains along with Spider Man and would be able to participate in most avengers fights in the future.

The other day Peter called Jack to patrol and was shocked to see Jack arriving flying, Jack said he just woke up with the ability to fly from the superpower he had.

Peter was happy to see that Jack could fly and was a little jealous too, after all, Spider Man had an ability similar to flying using webs to jump between buildings.

But Peter knew well that he had missed the chance to capture the villains several times when there were no tall buildings for him to use the webs on, and he had fallen from great heights a few times and almost died.

Just like Jack was jealous of him before for being able to just run, Peter thought more about the benefits he would have with Jack helping him in fights than thinking about the jealousy he had.

"Now I want to see how the Green Goblin is going to escape now that you can fly, I noticed that your strength and speed have increased a lot in the last few months, at least you can stop them from running away with your fighting skills."

Soon the day came for Jack to face his first villain, Jack heard on the police radio that the Green Goblin had returned and was trying to attack a police agency.

"Spider, the Green Goblin has appeared, it seems he has finally gone mad and is attacking a police station near here," Jack said to Peter.

"He's always been crazy, but this time with his help we're going to put him in prison, or in a mental institution." Said Peter and went with Jack to where the police station.

Getting there Jack was scared to see the madness of the Green Goblin in person, the Green Goblin was throwing some bombs at the police station and had already destroyed part of the building, some police officers who came later shot him while protecting him behind the police cars.

Spider Man saw this and got angry and soon started attacking the Green Goblin throwing the webs at him in the form of balls, the Green Goblin saw Spider Man's attacks and easily dodged them.

"You're finally here Spider, this time I'm going to finish you and the New York police, after that the city will finally be mine, Hahaha." The Green Goblin said laughing maniacally.

"You've finally lost your mind, Goblin, you could end up killing a lot of people with your senseless madness, but today we're going to put you in prison." Said Spider Man irritated.
