Max then used the stealth spell, vanished from sight, and transformed into a white devil.
He then used flight to move towards the First Groove, where the Human Auction House is located. After reaching there, he located the auction house, came above it, and used Observation Haki to know the situation inside.
"Fortunately, these pigs are here," Max smiled, looking at the Celestial Dragons sitting in the VIP section of the Auction House.
Landing in front of the door of the auction house, he removed his stealth. The guards got alarmed, seeing the sudden appearance of the horned man. They shouted, "Who are you? If you came to cause trouble, then turn back. This place is under the Seven Warlords of the Sea, Doflamingo.".
When Max snapped his finger, they were enveloped by Ashen flames and fell lifelessly to the earth. They didn't even have a scar on their bodies; Ashen Flame simply absorbed their essence.
Kicking open the door, Max entered the auction house.
"Who are you? Where are the guards? Capture him" The auctioner shouted, seeing Max force full entry.
Many people came to grab Max, but he killed them all with his ashen flames. He then made his way towards the celestial dragons.
On the Celestial Dragons side
"I want him; he is so handsome," a female celestial dragon said.
"No, I want him," another female celestial dragon said.
"Don't worry, all of us can enjoy him," another female celestial dragon said.
"I want to peel his face off," a male celestial dragon said.
"Yes, how dare he look better than us, gods?" Another male celestial dragon said:.
"Shut up; he is ours," the female celestial dragons shouted all together.
"Go catch him and make him our slave." The oldest of the female celestial dragons ordered.
"Yes, My Lord." A black-clothed guard nodded and went to open the door, but the door suddenly blasted into his face. Others quickly guarded all the celestial dragons with their bodies from the broken pieces of the door.
"Who dares?" A male celestial dragon shouted and brought out his flintlock.
"That would be me." A magnetic male voice sounded, causing all the celestial dragons to be in a trance.
The black-clothed guards noticed something was wrong, but before they could help, they got engulfed in Ashen flames and died.
"Hello, everyone," Max said, and all the Celestial Dragons turned to stare at him.
"Master," all of the celestial dragons bowed their heads and said.
"What a waste, I didn't even use 1% of my charm dominance power, and they became my slaves," Max muttered as he ordered them to wear dog collars.
Holding the leash, he ordered all the celestial dragons to walk like dogs and took them out of the auction house.
While coming out, he called Morgans the News King and told him to send his men to the Sabaody Archipelago, telling him that a world-shaking news is waiting for him here. Max acquired Morgan's number from Shakky, and Shakky also introduced it to him, which made it easier to call him any time he wanted.
"My men are already there; don't worry, they will catch all the big news for me," Morgan replied, and Max nodded and cut the call.
Coming out of the Auction House, he used observation Haki and ignited everyone except slaves in the Auction House, he even burned the slave collar.
"Look, the Celestial Dragons are wearing slave collars." Max's presence caused a commotion, with five celestial dragons wearing collars and him carrying their leashes.
"Run away; Celestial Dragons are attacked; Admiral will be coming." When a bystander yelled, everyone jolted awake and began racing away.
While other individuals took pictures of Max from every angle, Max grinned and posed for them; he even ordered celestial dragons to huff like dogs, causing reporters to shoot pictures more quickly.
"F*ck, this will definitely shake the world" One of the reporters said and others nodded while taking pictures from best angle they could find.
Max then took his dogs, the Celestial Dragons, to tour all the archipelago; wherever he goes, everyone runs away like their lives depend on it, which actually depends.
Many Marines arrived to stop Max, but he simply killed them all. They are the same scumbag marines that will not only aid celestial dragons in their crime but also kill innocents for them; Max has no sympathy for them.
Rayleigh is seeing all of this from an alley and muttered, "I knew he was crazy but this is total madness"
"Don't worry, he is strong," Bucky, who was accompanying him, said.
"I know, he is a monster." Rayleigh nodded and said, previously at the bar, when he used observation haki on Max, he wasn't able to gauge his strength, which means he is stronger than him. That's also the reason he agreed to Max's demand.
"Oh, he is here," Rayleigh said, looking towards the sky.
Bucky raised his head and saw a fast-moving yellow light moving towards Max.
Max, while swaggering, suddenly tilted his head, and a yellow light passed from where his head was moments ago. The yellow light pierced a hole in the ground.
"Oh, you dodge that; young people nowadays are so scary~~~." A man in a yellow suit and navy cape materialized mid-air in front of Max and said wretchedly to him.
"Sneaking attacks at a teenager, older people are becoming so shameless~~~" Max imitated him, causing the man in the yellow (Kizaru) suit to twitch his lips.
Rayleigh and Bucky also laughed seeing Max like this.
"Little brother, why don't you release them from your control?" Kizaru said, noticing the celestial dragons acting like dogs.
"Come on, bark at him." Max smiled and ordered the celestial dragons.
*woof* *bark*
The Celestial Dragons started barking at Max's orders. Kizaru became serious after seeing this and asked, "What do you want?".
"Devil Fruit, Logia, or Mythical Zoan for each of them, or any 10 for each of them," Max smiled and said calmly.
"Impossible; we don't have that many of them," Kizaru frowned and said.
"Ask your superior; that's not for you to decide." Max said with a shrug.
"Hmm, by the way, little brother, have you ever been kicked at the speed of light?" Kizaru nodded and vanished, saying that.
Kizaru leg quickly arrived just some inches away from Max head, when his leg was only a inch away before coming in contact with Max head, he let go of his vigilance thinking Max wasn't able to react but he was gravelly wrong, a pitch black hand suddenly grabbed his leg, even he wasn't able to react until he heard Max.
Max grabs Kizaru's leg with armament haki and asks, "Has your leg ever been broken?" before crushing Kizaru's leg bone. Kizaru uses lasers to release himself from Max's grip, but Max easily avoids them and grabs Kizaru's hand as well, saying, "Have your hands been broken before?" Before crushing his hand too, Kizaru tried to struggle, but Max said, "Don't worry, I won't kill you or who will deliver my demands," and released him.
After Max released him, Kizaru quickly ran away. "If it was Akainu, I would have killed him," Max mumbled after Kizaru escaped.
Max then continued touring the archipelago with his Dogs.
On the other side,
Sengoku kept thinking of the madman who enslaved celestial dragons and even toured the whole archipelago with them, he hastily sent Kizaru to Archipelago and now waiting for Kizaru return with the Celestial Dragons.
Suddenly, a Kizaru in a sorry state materialized on one of the chairs in his office.
Looking at injured Kizaru, Sengoku hurriedly came to him and asked, "What happened to you?".
"He is too strong; he easily broke my right hand and right leg; I would have died there if he hadn't released me on his own," Kizaru explained, pointing to his broken hand and leg.
"Is he really that strong?" Sengoku enquired with a frown. He understands that among all admirals, Kizaru will be the last to be slain, yet Kizaru is in such a situation right now.
"He kidnapped celestial dragons in order to demand devil fruits in return," Kizaru stated, nodding.
"All of this just for devil fruits?" Sengoku scowled, unsure what that insane man was thinking.
Kizaru then informed him Max's exact demands, forcing Sengoku to slam his palms on his table and yell, "Bastard Pirate."
