Community service in college

Luna thought that maybe something was wrong with Liam's head, he was not acting any way different from what he was used to, he kissed her then pretended that never happened.

They met several times after that incident however none of them talked to each other, she obviously avoided him and he enjoyed keeping her thinking about him that way, she could tell because of that playful smile on his handsome face whenever their eyes met .

Luna was trying to prepare dinner for herself when she heard a knock on the door. Since he told her about them being alone in this neighborhood she became more cautious about her actions. She used to open the door immediately without checking, however, she learned to look before answering the door.

The person who was standing behind the door was not Liam as she expected, the person behind the door was her friend Rose.

She didn't expect that she would visit her after the party, it already has been a week since then, she didn't call her or met her at college or even came to her apartment and whenever she tried to contact her she got text messages telling her that she was busy and that she had some things to do.

As usual, Luna didn't believe it because the most important thing in her life was her nail breaks, and she admitted it several times in the past.

When she saw her friend, Luna didn't hesitate more about opening the door, she opened it immediately and welcomed her inside her apartment.

She witnessed the same look in her friend's eyes whenever she visited. She didn't like the place and she gave her a pitiful look too.

' She is rude, she always has been like this, I mean she can't even pass certain things as normal people do, she always says what's in her mind and when she don't she just give me that shi***ty look, I don't know if I am ever going to understand her attitude, she aways make me feel like I am so small and that I worth shi*** in this world, I Really wonder how was Isa thinkibg about her'

" Hey , bestie, how are you today ? "

Rose made her way to the small area between her bedroom and the kitchen and set there in front of the table and said :" Give me something to drink, I am dying here"

Luna went toward the fridge and took a bottle of juice with a glass, then went back and put it in front of her.

Rose said as she opened the bottle of juice :'' Do you know what happened today ! Joseph ….Did he call you by any chance ? "

" No, what happened, why are you mad? Did he do something wrong? "

" He signed us all in the college community service group, I told him that my father hates such thing, but yeah he did it anyway"

" Why ? Why ? Why did he do such a thing? He never…." Luna stopped immediately from talking because she almost said that he had never done such a thing in the past ten ties.

" My father hates these kinds of things, whenever he sees a bunch of youth doing some collective extra activities outside school"

"The community service isn't that bad but with all the classes that we are taking it will just consume so much time, I don't think I would just focus on studying if I joined" Luna said with a smile trying to convince her friend with her reasons to decline this when in fact the only reason that she didn't want to join that community service was because of his presence, and he was not even like any other members he was the leader in that place .
