Chapter 21: The Dragon

After he knows which world he is in now, Vaness looks at the Torii gate with interest.

Elsa who realizes there is something different from Vaness, asks him, "What's wrong Vaness? Do you know this monument?"

"Yeah, this monument is called Torii gate and this is also the goal of our mission at this time.", Vaness explains Torii gate to Elsa.

Vaness Heard Elsa's statement and smiled, "Hehehe, don't worry about that. Elsa, how about you freeze this Torii gate and those blue people who coming towards us first? After that, you will see what's gonna be happening."

At this time, Elsa also realized there are a group of blue people that clearly is not a good guy coming in their direction.

Elsa nodded her head, "All right, Vaness."

Elsa's expression turns cold just like ice with the temperament of the queen, she leans out her hands and let out freezing magic in all direction. Frozen all blue people and Torii gate at the same time in an instant.

Vaness looks at this situation in awe, 'As expected from Elsa, her magic is very powerful. Even can still make this kind of effect in this kind of environment.'

"Good job, Elsa! Next is to kill them, can you?", Vaness asks while looking seriously and worrying at Elsa, after all, it is gonna be the first time she kills. He doesn't know if can Elsa bear to do that or not.

"So powerful!", Vaness looking at this scene.

Vaness looks at Elsa and sees her hands shaking after doing all of this, so he comes to Elsa's side and takes her hands.

"It's okay, you are strong Elsa. I am very proud of you.", Vaness said to calm Elsa down.

"Thank you, Vaness.", hearing Vaness's comfort words her mood and body got calmed down a little.

Vaness just nodded his head and said in a serious tone, "Elsa, get ready for a big battle."

Elsa who heard this also knows that they are about to fight the dragon. Their mission goal this time.

Elsa forcibly adjusts her mood and takes a stance for a battle with her hands glowing with freezing magic.

Vaness also changes back to his black armor with a big shield on his left hand and Dark Moon on his right hand.

Suddenly red mist appeared right after Vaness prepared himself for the next battle, Elsa also looks at this weird situation seriously.

Then soon the earth got trembled and pair of red eyes suddenly appeared inside of the mist.

As the red mist got residue a little bit, a long, and big dragon appear in front of them.

"Elsa, you attack the dragon with all you got while I am distracting it.", Vaness said as he run directly toward the dragon.

"Yes!", Elsa raise her hand and start to gather ice magic in her hands.

The dragon seeing this attacks Vaness first who is already close to it.

Vaness receives Dragon's attack with his shield but because the dragon was so strong he is got blown away by this attack.

*Boom

"Vaness!! You!! How dare You!!", Elsa who seeing this can't help screaming and launching an ice attack on a dragon.

The dragon got hit by ice magic and screamed in pain, "Roar!".

Elsa who is just about to check on Vaness's condition hears Vaness scream, "Elsa, keep going attack! Don't Stop! I am okay!"

Vaness stands up with his broken armor and a big shield in his hand, "Damn, this dragon is too powerful. Deserve the name."

Although Vaness's armor got broken and his shield too, his body is not very seriously injured just a little bit of crack on his ribs.

"Yes!", Elsa hearing Vaness's words stop her steps and launch ice magic at the dragon continuously.

The dragon who sees this also feels dangerous and immediately moves it is body to dodge the ice magic as much as possible.

Although, the dragon try it is best to dodge but it still got hit because it's a huge body, and makes most of its body was covered in ice.

Vaness also sees this after his broken shield and armor got recovered, he is trying to use provocation to attract the dragon's attention.

The dragon who feels that it's got a disadvantage no longer cares about dodging and instead immediately goes toward Elsa to attack her with fire breath.

"Hm? Danger!", Vaness who try to use provocation to attract the dragon immediately stopped and use the Cover move instead.

At the moment the dragon let out a fire breath towards Elsa, Vaness immediately appeared in front of Elsa protecting her, and he also didn't forget to use devour.

Then, the dragon sees unbelievable things as it sees its flame getting sucked into the black shield of the person she had blown away before.

Vaness smiled and said, "Thank you for your flame.". He didn't forget to use provocation when saying this.

The dragon who feels got mocked, immediately got angry and lets out a more powerful fire breath towards Vaness.

Vaness just smile and take the fire breath head on without a slightly intention to retreat.
