okay, I just read the raw. The story has 3 volumes. I liked 1st volume. 2nd volume is good but it kinds of mixes up with the cultivation world. I pretty much expected that the story will turn into cultivation later. Well, the ending was good. It's an overall good story but I seriously wish the story could continue to cultivation the world as sequelae! 👍👍👍👍 Anyway great work!
At chapter 35. I want more!! Didn't actually expect to like it. I didn't even vote for this at the Pilot. It's actually refreshing. The phasing of the story made me look forward for more chapters. I hope that the future farming chapters are good. She's going to do a lot of cultivating. For now this is a respite from the painful "love" stories from previous weeks. Huge hope that it will continue to be so. Thank you author and translator!! [img=recommend]
Yes! Another great farming-related story where the MC goes from rich to poor with a loyal and supporting family, good friends, a faithful husband/wife-slave and a cute and mischievous child! I love it! The novel has a well-rounded cast that doesn't just focus on the female- and male protagonist but includes various characters that help push the story forward and make it entertaining. What's also to love is that the drama and various face-slapping aren't prolonged beyond what's necessary and keep staying fresh. (Hundred Lilies recommends reading 'Fields of Gold' and 'Back to the Sixties: Farm, Get Wealthy & Raise the Cubs').
Since I like farming stories w/ a strong female heroine I was excited by this...but much to my disappointment the characters are so cliche. It's the whole overbearing CEO who comes in and wields his power, while the supposed heroine becomes the pretty arm candy or sidekick...smh...without wanting to write spoilers, this heroine is so lacking...there are too many inconsistencies with the characterization and the events...
i was really excited to read this novel because of the farming space. But the plot is too draggy and after reading this novel I felt like anyone can write a novel!!!! Seriously wasted a lot of time 300 chapters in, all I see is one dimensional characters worshipping mc. Even the mc and ML don't think much! There's zero relationship development but tons of unwanted face slapping and discussion about the farming which is not even interesting. Don't like it! Sometimes I do wonder why all the Chinese novels have the same writing style???? Total waste of time! Not Worth your time!
This is my review as of ch 40, will update if it gets selected. I really hope it does too! Like many others, I’m a big fan of farming novels, and though we spend a long time getting there, it’s interesting enough. At 40, my interest is in how the MC moves on with her life and begins to rebuild her future. This might be a bit slow compared to other novels but I believe that a good story needs a solid foundation. Here’s to hoping that it gets selected!
The story is amazing ,I really hope it gets picked so i can know how our strong heroine will fare in the upcoming chapters , It's a promising future in my opinion . The story is well written and the characters are realistic with their own flaws and regrets depicted clearly with no repetition that makes you bored .
