My poor attempt at writing a FanFiction before realizing it was trash. - Transformer in Cars

Death.

The last thing I remember was staying up late at night watching Cars 3. Cruz was about to beat Jackson Storm, but then I fell into the abyss. I wasn't ready to go, I had a life to live, people to please, and most importantly I had to enjoy life.

I was thinking about all the different possibilities when suddenly I appeared in a room. The ball of light started to take shape into something I would have never expected. All of a sudden a machine that was typing something into a computer was standing in front of me, typing as if that was his only function.

Then the machine spoke and said "Welcome to Limbo, we have expected your arrival and will now send you to your God." Before I could say anything I was quickly shoved through a portal and in front of me was an old man with a grey beard who seemed to be very tired, as if he had lived for centuries.

He quickly started talking, "Hello friendly soul, you can call me ROB."

I quickly respond with the most obvious question you would ask "am I dead?"

ROB: "You are dead in physical form only, but your soul remains"

I think for a second and then ask "The machine said that you were MY god. What is that supposed to mean

ROB: "Everyone has a different god based on their beliefs and since you are an atheist, you were assigned to me"

"So you're telling me that no matter what your religion is, there is an afterlife?"

ROB: "Yes, now I have other souls I need to attend to so let's hurry this up. Because you are an atheist you will reincarnate into any world you wish with three wishes within reason"

My choice of world was obvious to me. I had loved watching anime such as Naruto, or One Piece, but there was one world that had always had a place in my childhood. That world was the world of Cars. No matter how much I watched movies or TV shows, nothing was like the sensation of going to the movies for the first time with my father to watch Cars.

"Ok, the world I want to reincarnate in is Cars"

ROB: "Ok now what are your three wishes"

"My first wish is to keep my memories." My reasoning is obvious, no matter what my others wishes are, losing my memories and having to start all over again is akin to death. That is why I had to keep my memories.

ROB: "That is an acceptable wish"

"My second wish is to become a transformer, specifically one that can become anything I wish with just a thought" I wished to become a transformer for two reasons. The first being that I could fit in with the other beings of the universe. It would be strange if I was the only human in the world. The second being is that I would be able to become anything I wanted. A racer? No problem. A spy? No problem. Just wanted to go crazy and become a dragon someday. No problem.

ROB pondered for a second and the responded "This is acceptable, but your last wish will be severely restricted compared to the last two"

"Ok, my third and final wish is that when I am sent to the new world, I arrive just outside radiator springs 5 years before Lightning gets there."

ROB: "This is an acceptable wish. I wish you the best of luck."

I close my eyes and then I can feel my surroundings change as my soul is forced into the new mechanical body. If i'm going to be honest, I thought it was going to hurt a lot more. I thought about all the plans I had for the future, and then told myself.

"It's time to leave my old life behind me, I will now be known as Aegis. I will become a better being than anyone could ask for"

I then felt the pain that I was waiting for as the rift in space and time pulled me and sent me falling from the sky.

"AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA" I screamed the loudest I had ever screamed in my entire life. The fear of crashing into the ground scared me more than I will ever admit.

In Town At Flo's:

It was a normal day. Everyone was at Flo's to get a drink on this hot summer day. That was until we saw the meteor. The damn thing could have hit the town and killed everyone.

Sally - "Am I going crazy or was that a meteor?"

Luigi - "No, Luigi saw it too"

Mater - "I'm gonna go check it out" with a grin on his face, and before anyone could stop him he was off.

Sheriff sighed and said "I am gonna make sure that boy doesn't get into trouble"

Back to Aegis's POV

Recovering from the shock only took around 2 minutes meaning that if anyone saw me, I was about to be found out soon. I honestly didn't care if they saw me, but I needed to hide for now because I wanted to come into the town naturally.

I quickly transformed into a Ferrari. Specifically a black Ferrari SF90 Stradale with red lining on the sides. Luckily I was fast enough to drive away and get to route 66 before anyone could get there. From there, I started to head into town where my journey would really start.

After driving for about 5 minutes I noticed that driving was very similar to walking. If i wanted my tires to roll forward, I would have to physically move them. I would assume if I wanted to drive faster, it would be like sprinting or running long distances depending on the circumstances.

After about 5 more minutes I finally can see the town, radiator springs, where I will spend the next 5 years training in order to be in the piston cup. As I drive up I see everyone yelling customers and panicking on what they should do, and I simply just smile knowing that I will be here for the next few years.

I drive up when a light blue car stops me and says "Hi, welcome to radiator springs"

Aegis - "Hi, I was wondering if there was a place I could stay for a few weeks, I am looking for a place to find permanent residence and was thinking about this town of yours."

Sally was surprised, she didn't think anyone would move out here in the middle of nowhere of their own will. "Yes, I will get you a room at the cozy cone… I'm Sally by the way."

"Nice to meet you Sally, The name's Aegis"

"Well Aegis, you sure are a well built car. Why do you want to come to such a little town?" Sally said while her cheeks turned a little red.

Aegis noticed this and couldn't help but tease her a little bit by saying "you don't look bad yourself" causing her cheeks to get even redder. Aegis quickly regained his composure and followed up with "and what's wrong with wanting a peaceful life in a small town."

She was about to respond when a certain backwards driving tow truck started rushing toward us. I must say even though I saw it in the movie, it was much more impressive in real life because unlike the movie, he even knew who was behind him at all times.

Mater - "Shooooot, what do we have here? A newcomer? The names Mater, Tow Mater."

Aegis - "Nice to meet you Mater, my name is Aegis and I will be staying at the cozy cone for a couple of weeks."

This is where I stopped writing, I would love for someone that knows what they are doing to edit this up or even take their own spin on it. This was just to show that I can't write very well , and while I wish I could write my ideas down, the ideas don't come off cleanly when I write them.
