Let's talk about pros of this book writing quality is good author regularly updating cons:- mc development is too slow nor fl and ml seems to be smart story is only revolve around ml fl and ex that side char have no to zero presence In the wnd this book is not my cup of tea especially if you like a strong fl I hope in future author could write a book in which fl is strong and smart

I rarely ever review books before they are complete because if the ending aucka it makes me mad I invested, think how Game of Thrones did everyone dirty! 😂🤣 That being said, I am making this book an exception because I think the name of the book doesn’t even begin to give a reader an understanding of this book and might get overlooked because of the title. This book is about a woman who is trying to save her and her daughters life by running away from her abusive (until you read the book, can’t even describe the level of abuse) POS of a husband and by seeking to get a divorce and that MF’r is not having it without making her fight for her life! 🤬 Due to her quick exit, her circumstances she quickly turns to her brother in law to provide for her and her child while hiding her from her ruthless husband, Vernon also used to be in love with Chloe until she married his brother Vincent. Long story short, this book is about a broken, broken female who is trying to pull herself out of a terrifying relationship that will leave her and her child dead if she doesn’t escape. She slowly starts to regain control of her former self and learns to be loved by Vernon, who is almost if, not as more broken than she is. They got many challenges to overcome if they are going to make it. I’m not going to lie, but there is some times you can’t stand some of the decisions the FL makes but it’s a real insight of the mentality a domestic abuse victim, in Chloe’s case I hope survivor, as she battles with regaining (if they are lucky) control of her former shell of a life. It’ an emotional story that will have you crying, scared, anxious, nervous, terrified, happy, impressed, depressed, frustrated, rooting, shouting, shocked, laughing, and above all hoping for the FL to succeed and be free from her tormentors and all the trauma that has been inflicted so she can get that happily ever after for herself, her child, and for her true love.
Chloe, the fl deserves the love of Vernon, all a woman ever wants is respect from the man she married, to utter disappointment Vincent is a disgrace to husband as well as father....I m loving this story, hoping that Chloe gets what she deserves and scum Vincent realizes that woman is for you to nurture
pupa is back with a new story woohoo. i already know this one is going to be great too like their other works, but this one exceeded my expectation. the drama is strong (and i love drama), with the FL's emotional conflict delivered very realistically. i'm not usually this emotional when reading but the husband is just too scummy (alert! you might get high blood pressure from reading this). i hope the FL can run away with her daughter safely from him. the story development is very interesting so far with the world building described very well. this book has a lot of potential and i cant wait for more! keep up the good job pupa. ^^ support this book for wsa 2022 guys, cause this book deserves a prize!!!
i read the whole thing and i think that it worth the read, i am currently ready for the author like 2 other novels and i fell for his writing style, all i am saying is hr can write whatever genre he wants, he can write perfectly and master the genre he is setting his thoughts in it and i ve never seen such a thing to begin with . this novel is aboht a woman trapped in a toxic relationship with her husband until she finally decided to be free of him . the character are written in a good way and the permise of this story is promising . well support the author because he works very hard and the quality of his work is great ...emmm can't wait for the next chapters
Great book with a promising emotional hook and vividly real, psychologically believable characters. The FL could be someone you know and admire in real life. As marketable as this is, it is still a book written in quite an original manner, and I recommend it to anyone who needs to occupy their mind somehow.
I must say it's one of the best books I've read so far. Most of the time domestic abuse is not known to people since the abused doesn't talk about it and even if it's spoken it's nostly women who's blamed for provoking their husband. Some consider it a simple family issue expecting that the couple to eventually solve while there's no helping hand. This story is no different from the same forgotten woman abused for years but eventually starts to fight back for her freedom and the welfare of her daughter. The characters were well described with effectively emoted emotions. The pain from the abuser and the love from her savior was very well depicted in helping Chloe to live her newfound life with hope and happiness. Kuddos to the author for such a well written story. thank you ❤🧡💛💚💙💜
