After the shower, Alexander already felt much better. He convinced himself that Erskine death is necessary. Still, even if he did not directly execute this, but Erskine death can be counted as his first kill.

Luckily the training in the Camp Lehigh, various knowledge, and ability helped Alexander to transformed his mind and disposition. So he didn't get affected too much by it.

The time now was 1 pm, still 6 hours from the dinner with Peggy. Alexander didn't know what to do as he didn't inherit any memories from this previous body owner.

But now to think about it, Alexander suddenly curious about what background this body has. He didn't want to be caught off guard from the lack of information.

Alexander was browsing through his stuff in the card space. After a while, he finally found what he wanted. It was a thick stack of paper he stole from Phillip office last night.

Alexander read the paper one by one and memorized all the content. After 10 minutes of reading, he finally knew what was going on with this body.

Born from the famous Hartman couple that founded Hartman Industries that produced many electronic parts to the army. Unfortunately, Hartman Industries already declined since ten years ago when both of the founders died in an accident.

Alexander didn't know the situation of Hartman Industries now as only it was written on the paper. His father called Jacob Hartman and mother called Marissa Hartman.

According to the personal record of this body, both of them leave him at least $10 Million worth of inheritance and a 16 years old younger sister.

Alexander's face turned weird as to why this body situation sound so cliche. Both of the parents died in 'accident' and they leave the company unattended. According to the usual cliche, both of the parents must be killed by someone, and the company must be split up by the greedy relative.

Well, Alexander hoped it was not the case. But if it was, then he has no other choice than to do it in his way. And there was one more thing that was not stated in the paper, why would an heir to at least $10 Million worth of fortune join as a soldier? Was there any circumstance that he unaware of?

But well, any conspiracies would be futile in the face of Absolute Strength, that was Alexander believe. So he didn't care if there were any conspiracies against him.

Alexander put back the stack of paper into the card space. Since he was already aware of the situation of this body, why not take a visit to the residence of Hartman?

Alexander wore his clothes and walked out of the hotel. He grabbed a taxi and headed to the location that was written on the paper. After 30 minutes, he finally arrived at a wealthy neighborhood.

It was a giant European style mansion that looks bleak. Alexander hesitated a moment before he pushed the gate beside the gates. After a while, the intercom beside the bell sounded.

"We didn't receive any guest, so please leave." A woman voice said with a rude tone.

"This is me, Alexander Hartman," Alexander said. The intercom silent for a while before a middle-aged woman wearing a maid uniform running from god knows where and opened the gate for him.

"Ah, Master, you came back. I'm sorry earlier. I didn't know it was you, Master." The woman said, very humbly.

Alexander faced turned a little weird when he was called Master, but he quickly adjusted it.

"I just came back to check things out before I go to the war." Alexander then strode in. Since he was called Master, it means he was the owner, right?

The maid immediately closed the gate again and quickly followed Alexander footstep.

"How was my little sister ?" Alexander asked casually.

"Little Miss was the same as usual before you left, Master." The maid replied.

Alexander stopped for a moment and stared at the maid. The maid trembled because she didn't know what she was doing wrong.

"I mean, what is my sister doing now ?" Alexander asked as he stared at the maid.

"She was reading in the library now, and she was there all day, the same before Master left." The maid replied as she trembled slightly. She felt that her Master has changed, he was very different just from the looks and attitude.

Alexander resumed his walk, and they finally reached the main door. The maid quickly opened the door and stood beside it. The decoration in the inside was not too luxurious. Instead, it was simple and gave a warm vibe.

"Where's the library ?" Alexander asked.

The maid showed a surprised face as to why would the owner of the house asked something like that. But, since he was asking, she was quickly replied, "In the second floor."

Alexander quickly made his way into the second floor. After he ascended into the second floor, another maid showed up.

"Master has changed, I felt I didn't know him anymore, he was like a stranger." The maid said as she sighed.

"Why does he came back? I heard he was going to the war from Little Miss." The maid that just come said with a surprised face.

"I didn't know, but let's just hope his arrival could cheer up Little Miss. She has been too lonely lately since he left." The maid sighed once again. Then two of them continued their discussion over Alexander.

Alexander quickly noticed he was lost. It was simply because this mansion was too big! Luckily he found the library after another 5 minutes. He immediately noticed a girl was reading a book not too far.

Alexander couldn't saw her face as she was sat back-facing him. He smiled as he knows it was his biological sister in this Universe. Even though technically, he was not his 'real' brother, but a blood connection couldn't be erased.
