Chapter 49 - Level 6

Ace didn't expect that Ottar would be that passive. Here he is expecting that there will be a battle.

Walking like he was in the park Ace decided to descend the dungeon and gathered excelia to level up. He leeches all of the energy from his back making his status temporary level 1.

With Rafia's party.

"Ace-sama's slashes!"

"Ace-sama's Pierces!"

"Rafia what's with those names don't use Ace-sama's name in vain," Elsa said.

"Don't get distracted there is more incoming!" Richard said as he saw the dungeon spawn more monsters in its wall.

"Eddy Shield us, Elsa use your magic and pierce the monster from the back, Richard Use your arrows to support us," Rafia commanded, If Ace isn't here she considered as the party leader.

Rafia dashes and killed the enemies in front while Eddy Shielded the mage and support from the monster that got past Rafia's guard.

The party continues its adventure.

Ace descended and reach floor 24, Ace didn't use energy attacks and settle for only using his sword until he got into floor 24.

Right now Ace reserves are full, he does really needs a supporter for this bunch of magic stones...Ace even ignored small magic stones to avoid some weight, he also obtains a bunch of drop items.

The 19th through 24th Floors are known as the Large Tree Labyrinth. The walls, ground, and ceiling are made out of wood making it seem like the inside of a giant tree.

This floor is where materials for healing items can be found.

'I think that was enough for today,' Ace thought while looking at five crates of materials, magic stones, and drop items.

Ace teleported directly into his room together with drop items, He hauls the crates to the hallway and tasked the new members to sort them.

After bathing and changing his clothes to a more casual one, consists of a white v-neck shirt and black pants.

"Miach are you available right now?" Ace knock on Miach's door.

"Miach is not available at the moment please go talk to him after one month has passed," Miach said by changing the pitch of his voice.

Ace sense some fright in his voice.

"*Sigh* What are you so afraid of, I'm entering..." Ace entered Miach room where He saw him in the corner with a blanket wrap around him.

"Nooooo, you wanted me to update your status right? I don't want to, please don't make me do this, Oh no the guild and the gods will hear about this again, nooooo!!!" Miach seems to be traumatized by the attention he's been getting from everyone because of Ace.

Ace massages his temples before saying, "There there Miach, now be serious I need you to update my status."

"Iyahhhhh!!!" Miach shouted in a very high-pitched voice.

Downstairs.

"What was that Naaza-san, Is Miach-sama in trouble?" One of the new members questioned.

"No, don't mind him it seems that captain finally decided to update his status again, now continue working..." Naaza said.

Tomorrow morning Miach is smiling like sunshine that bath the earth with its sunny delight.

"Ha-ha-ha! Level 6... The guild will finally have me arrested, aren't they? Level 4 to Level 6 what was talent anymore?" Miach said while walking towards the guild.

Even Naaza who was beside Miach don't know what to say but still tried to calm him down, "Miach-sama, Captain is just an unusual, a rare type of person maybe he really is a person blessed by gods."

"I know my child I know, I know so you don't have to say anything..." Miach said with a gentle smile.

'He broke Miach-sama," Naaza said while massaging the area between her eyes.

"One must go on an adventure to break their shell, I've never heard some empty words before..." Miach continues talking by himself.

Reaching the guild the reception clearly panic when they've seen Miach face. "Hey inform the guild head!"

Another long day for Miach.

Another news shock Orario today when the man who claimed to reach level 4 in one day reaches level 6 now.

The guild won't make 2 mistakes in level. In a month someone has really reached level 6 and Level 6 people are very few.

This news actually has a very large impact on the adventurers. They've doubted the guild so much so they've taken a drastic measure to prove that they are not lying or helping Miach familia to falsify Ace's information.

Loki, Hestia, Hephaestus, Takemikazuchi, Apollo, Ganesha, Freya, Dian Cecht, and many other gods have been called into a large meeting room.

Hestia has Bell by her side.

Loki has Finn and Ais.

Hephaestus has Tsubaki.

Freya has her vice-captain, Allen Fromel.

Every god has at least one of their most powerful children by their side.

In the middle of the gods, goddess, and adventurers Ace is sitting without care to this world. He waited for this moment, now all he has to do is wait for the situation to unfold.

There are many things he needed to gather this much attention from the gods. Soloed a floor boss while being level 1, Level up to 4 on the very same day, beating the sword princess, intimidating Ottar, chantless magic showed in public, and the final step seems to gather enough attention from them, Leveling up to 6 in a month.

All Ace needs to do is play his card right then he can finally find what god can he target.

Ace is with Miach and Naaza standing by his sides.

"Thank you for coming here and I'm sorry for the urgent notice especially to the Loki familia that will do their expedition tomorrow." Royman is the guild head.

Royman is a fat Elf with white hair, green eyes, and short legs. His fat also makes his height seem small. Royman wears a black suit that is of much better quality than any other Guild worker.

"This meeting is to determine if Ace from Miach Familia is lying about his level up and If the guild is collaborating with his action," Royman said then wipe his sweat with his handkerchief.

Royman signals Ace to make his speech.

Ace stands up from his seat. He eyed every god before talking.

"because no mortal can lie to a god, so I will say this straight. I didn't fake my level-ups or lie about my previous level."
