Chapter 34 - Angel vs Demon End

Aneesa felt the air direction change as multiple doors began to appear inside the village. Various demons came out from the doors as well as the members of twelve Kizuki.

"Something has gone wrong again, right? I can't even see the saint why are we initiating the plan again? Well, If we will die might as well take his precious people Wuahaha" Wakuraba said with a crazy expression.

"Calm down Wakuraba, I'm sure Doma-sama has this calculated in his plan, Umm, demons capture the humans but don't kill them," Enmu commanded.

The village wall and gate that Doma renovates also close down effectively isolating the villagers inside.

"Kyahhhh!" A woman's voice shouted out of pain as her right arm is now missing a chunk of flesh.

Enmu kicked the demon who bite the human effectively exploding its head, "Idiot, don't kill her, but she does look delicious hehehe"

"Please do-don't," The woman begged.

"Of course we will not kill you, You are important for the saint after all, right? Ms. Taekayo."

"You bastard, I'm going to kill you!" Wajowa, the husband of Taekayo said but he cannot move because a demon is restraining him.

"Feather Clone," Aneesa quickly fires five feathers in the village. The feathers travel at a high speed then turned into Aneesa's clone.

The clones quickly surveyed the area.

The people somewhat see hope witnessing five angels flying in mid-air.

"Ooops, Don't do anything funny, Angel-sama, I might accidentally kill them all," Enmu said as he licks the blood from Taekayo's right arm.

"Well then, shall we talk inside the village? Angel-san?" Doma said with a sadistic smile on his face.

The original Aneesa evaluates the situation, her order is to keep the village safe so she landed on the ground then said, "What do you want?"

"Follow me, to the village we go! and can you please do something about this?" Doma said as he started walking while pointing to his slow-healing wounds.

Aneesa removes the energy that hindering Doma's regeneration as the demon in the blink of an eye regen his wounds.

"Come on, follow me, slowpoke," Doma said.

Inside the village.

In the middle of the village, multiple people can be seen on their knees, each with a demon restraining them, ready to kill them in a blink of an eye.

Aneesa already uncast her clones and now standing in front of the demons.

"Doma is seating on the throne made of Ice while Enmu and Wakaraba are standing beside him.

Nakime is nowhere to be seen but her eyes are everywhere.

"Well then Angel-san, are you a boss or a follower?" Doma asked.

Aneesa is still calculating the probability of saving everyone while taking down the demons, "I am but a humble servant of a higher being..." Aneesa said emotionlessly.

'What is she talking about? Higher being, God? There is a god?' Doma clearly got shocked by Aneesa's revelation.

"Ehhh? Do you mean a god Angel-sama?" Enmu asked. with his blush, anyone can tell that he is imagining something perverted...or sadistic.

"Higher than a god..." Aneesa answered the question as she secretly shot a feather outside the village. She also quietly pierce the ground with her wings.

The feather transformed into a clone and flew towards Ace's location.

"Can you s-sh-show us that higher being?" Enmu questioned her tone is shivering in excitement.

Doma still cannot believe what he is hearing, he stands up then said, "You are bullshitting us aren't you Angel-san? Hahaha, If there is a being higher than god, then will he prevent her death?"

The blond demon uses his ices and pierces a random villager's chest. This girl died on the spot.

The villagers want to shout and scream but they know the demons will kill them if they do that so they just quietly bit their lips out of anger.

"Aikaaa..." Tears fall like waterfalls as the old man loses his will to live. The demons laugh while mocking the villagers.

"Eh? you are not angry Angel-san? She died and your master can't save her. Your master sucks," Doma provoked with his usual smile.

"I don't care about mortals, but insulting my lord in front of me is a bad move child," Aneesa said with an emotionless tone.

'Child? Hahaha, It been so long since someone calls me a child,' Doma thought, "I will lay my demands right now Angel-san, Call your precious lord right now and kill yourself in front of him, If you do that I will release all of the villagers, and you can fulfill your mission."

Aneesa slowly walks face to face with Doma, "I already called him. Using my clone I said to him, "My lord the village is safe and the demons are killed."

Doma's life suddenly flashes before him as an uncountable number of hardened feathers shot from the ground wiping every demon in the village.

Enmu and Wakuraba instant got purge by the feathers while Doma's head remains and rolls on the ground.

Aneesa grabs him by his hair then said, "You won't die a peaceful death, I will put you on limbo, where there is nothing but you, as a punishment for insulting my lord."

The red gem on Aneesa's helmet absorbed Doma taking him to space where Doma will live for eternity seeing nothing but infinite darkness.

The villagers cried while saying their unending thanks to Aneesa.

"You should bury her, and be ready, my lord is coming in the morning," Aneesa said emotionless as she flies in the sky and guards the village against any dangerous being.

Aneesa's clone entered Ace's window and give her report to him.

"My lord, I arrive at the village some insects are invading it, but I already in the process of wiping them out, You should relax and take your time traveling." The clone said.

Ace release a sigh of relief knowing that his village is safe, "Thanks Aneesa, continue guarding it."

"I am not worthy of your praise my lord," The clone said as she vanished then turned into a normal feather.

'I didn't even notice that she is a clone,' Ace said as he laid his back on the bed but even with Aneesa's assurance, the feeling of dread can't still be removed from his chest.
