Chapter 99 Weather Wizard
The weather is fine and sunny.
Stephen ran and drove back to the villa, returning the Disciple. He purchased a few latest smart phone and proceeded to teach Lilah and the others how to use it before calling Caitlin.
Caitlin Snow was on her way to the laboratory and ended up with having few small conversations with him before hanging up.
After putting down the phone, Stephen continued studying his superpower mostly superspeed.
The application of superspeed is not limited to just one ability, but rather a series of abilities. Some are easy to master, Body Vibration, such as using high-speed hand movements to create lightning-fast attacks, rapidly vibrating the face to conceal identity, or running at high speeds to create lightning attack, and others are more advanced, like time travel or phasing through walls. These require a certain level of mastery over the superspeed ability.
Stephen is already familiar with speed control. This control not only affects how others perceive his speed, but also his own perception of time and the world around him when using his superspeed.
The morning passed quickly without him realizing it.
After taking a shower and heading to the living room, Stephen turned on the TV and asked Laurie, "Where are the others?"
"They went out," Laurie replied.
"Did they go shopping? Why didn't you go?" Stephen picked up some decorations from the table and turned them into gold before throwing them to Laurie. "That will be enough for you to buy a car, so go out when you're free."
Laurie stopped talking, but Stephen had already turned his attention to the TV.
The news was being broadcasted, reporting a bank robbery. In an interview clip, one of the bank staff described the situation, mentioning that there was a sudden fog in the bank!
Fog?

The explosion of the particle accelerator not only created The Flash, but also produced a large number of metahumans. Weather Wizard was one of them, or rather, the second one. Originally, they were a pair of robber brothers. When they were captured by Joe West, they tried to escape in a small plane, but they were caught in the particle explosion and the plane crashed.
The police thought they were dead, but both of them actually gained the ability to control the weather. The elder brother was slightly injured and didn't show up immediately. So...this bank robbery must have been done by the younger brother, right? He's also Barry Allen's first enemy after becoming The Flash!
Stephen couldn't remember his name, but his ability still intrigued him.

Stephen transformed into a red lightning bolt and disappeared instantly.

"I can't remember which farm he was hiding, in the TV series." Stephen secretly searched all the farms in Central City.
From farm to farm, the red lightning bolt shuttled quickly.
Creak!
Stephen suddenly stopped at a certain farm, and in front of him stood a somewhat surprised man.
"You...you..." Clyde Mardon looked at Stephen blankly. How could this person appear in front of him in the blink of an eye? Does he also have superpowers? No, one god is enough.
Though he didn't know who this person was or what his intentions were, Clyde Mardon made a decision in an instant.
Clyde Mardon swung his arm violently towards Stephen, creating a misty whirlwind that struck Stephen in an instant.

The misty whirlwind smashed through the walls of the farm.
Clyde Mardon was eager to see the result, but suddenly felt a tap on his shoulder. He turned his head and saw Stephen with a slow smile on his face. "That was too easy. It seems your humorous villain act didn't save you. But...too slow."
"You..."
Clyde Mardon instantly backed away and his expression changed as he opened his arms. In an instant, a gust of wind surrounded him, gradually growing stronger.
Boom!
The roof of the farm was lifted in an instant, and everything nearby was blown away.
"You're dead!" Clyde Mardon stared at Stephen in the whirlwind and said solemnly.
"You won't die, at least I won't kill you!" Stephen chuckled. "I don't need your abilities to defeat you, lest I accidentally kill you, so..."
Huh!
Red lightning flashed as Stephen approached Clyde Mardon directly.
"How do you..." Clyde Mardon began, but Stephen cut him off.
"Why ignore the cutting force generated by this wind? I don't want to ask so much." Stephen chuckled and raised his hand, pinching Clyde Mardon's neck.
A sense of suffocation came instantly, and the whirlwind around them gradually dissipated.
Stephen held Clyde Mardon's neck tightly with one hand and shook his other hand quickly.
His hand moved so fast it was like an afterimage, appearing as nothing more than a blurry ball.
"You have a choice," Stephen said. "Either you attack S.T.A.R. Labs, or I kill you now. You know about S.T.A.R. Labs, right? You gained your abilities the night the particle accelerator exploded. They already knew about the existence of meta-humans, so whether it's for your own safety or their own threat, I think you should choose to attack S.T.A.R. Labs." Stephen looked at Clyde Mardon. "So, What do you choose?"
"I... I'll go..." Clyde Mardon said with difficulty.
Snapped!
Stephen let go, and Clyde Mardon landed on the ground.
"Don't even think about running, you know... I'm fast," Stephen said to Clyde Mardon, who was about to speak, but then realized that Stephen had disappeared.
At S.T.A.R. Labs rooftop.
It was the place where Caitlin Snow was kidnapped last time, on that very roof.
Stephen sat on the edge of the roof and pulled out his phone to call Caitlin Snow.
"Is Barry Allen in the lab?" Stephen asked directly when the call connected.
"No," Caitlin Snow replied.
"Then please notify him to return to the lab," Stephen said with a smile.
"Why?" Caitlin Snow was puzzled.
"Because there will soon be a meta-human attacking S.T.A.R. Labs, the same guy who robbed the bank in the news."
"How did you know? Then come and help," Caitlin Snow said eagerly.
"Help? No, I won't come, because I forced him to attack S.T.A.R. Labs. How could I still help!" Stephen chuckled and hung up the phone, turning it off.
"You... you force him to come?" Caitlin Snow asked, bewildered, only to find that the phone had been hung up. She tried calling again, but it was still turned off.
In desperation, she could only contact Barry Allen.
