Just use the speedforce to learn bro, speed reading is a thing, knowlege to get better is always the best, as cliche as it is, he needs to find a gravity chamber or something like that, that make his body heavy, push himself and enhance his viltrumite powers, and he needs to use the speedrforce running, dont know why he is always flying when he can train the speedfroce runnning with heavy weights or something like that and get better connection with the speedforce.
