Well… the ending is a bit weird… I hope Ajuka says something like, they were spies from the old Satan faction, spies in general or criminals… to increase Azrail’s fame. But then again, from the kidnapped people, there are sure some who had family and that family is certainly mad. But something is wrong right? Maybe a dream and the mc will somewhat change, only take evil people now instead of everyone he can? Ajuka’s action doesn’t make much sense… it will ruin the astaroth clan and by association the gremory… And it would especially ruin Azrail… Ajuka wanted to talk to azrail before the beginning of the party, but said they can talk afterwards. Talking afterwards from inside a cell would be bad… Well, let’s wait and see for the next chapter
I get the closed door part and who knows maybe ajuka will say they were traitors or something Idk but from the 4 satans they really don’t care that much in that sense. Ajuka cares more for sirzechs and if sirzechs found out that Azriel was doing that he would never let him marry rias. So idk we will just have to see in the next chapter
Ilovenovel:there is nothing smart about weakening the new satan faction, and damaging the reputation of Astaroth and Gremory reputation, when all of this could have been done closed door. it's sounds simply idiotic
Devil society itself would never believe or even acknowledge the fact that they were duped by a 8-10 yr old. It would be a slap on the face for them. Secondly is Ajuka that cold that he would burn down his own and his best friends' house's reputation without resorting to other means first. Lastly Ajuka is the last person to stand up for justice and morality when he kept the stray devil failsafe in the evil pieces AND purposefully allowed the distribution of the king pieces ( I don't believe otherwise) to create a case against the GKF.
nice chapter, but I was really surprised by this change in atmosphere, as a lover of relaxing but enjoyable reading, I don't really like this change in atmosphere, I hope you don't torture MC too much, because I'm sick of it, because it's quite the work of The Lass Rising Sun To do that, the author of the work really likes torturing the MC and the characters close to him. And i hope you have nice days
I'm hoping this is a ploy from Ajuka to try and help MC. If Ajuka noticed the MC's two selves and his insanity three years ago, he might be making the dramatic revelation and acting dead cold to the MC to force him into a corner. His issue of never expecting anything from others may be rectified if he thinks it's all lost but those close to him still stick with him and help him.
I hope in the end Akuja says that in reality what he discovered was a plot to frame MC for the kidnappings, otherwise it would be like killing MC from the cradle, with his age and power he couldn't bear the consequences of what he doing. Maybe Akuja can do this to indirectly reprimand the MC without stopping the engagement. His crimes would be enough to sentence him to death or torture in prison for hundreds of years.
