Bro i got an idea for mc's excuse for his harem, once mc is revealed as the second avatar and people kinda get used to the idea of two avatars reincarnating, mc can be forgived by having a harem with the excuse that because he is the avatar it would be good for him to have more childs to a) have stronger masters with a lot of chi and b)see if mc's childs can bend the 4 elements. Also the Avatar world its a Asian based world, it wont be so rare if you find that some girls can accept sharing him because he is the avatar and is stronger.
Avatar children cannot bend the 4 elements. There is only one avatar per era because Ravha provides the skill to hold the 4 elements. I also support the the person commenting that if the MC wants an harem, the only reason to have is the will of the MC. Or do you think that girls in real world that date a playboy are constantly disdained? Most of the time people will not really care. At most they will have some thoughts about it, but nothing else.
