At this point it sure feels like "getting sealed simulator" where our mc just loves getting sealed. I understand its for plot reasons, but generally fanfictions start to go bad when the authors try as hard as they can to stay close to cannon. Why does the culling games need to happen? Just write something new from your imagination.
