I’m so sick of Black Cat getting away in every single fic no matter what powers the MC has. That’s a cliche that needs to die.

Do you know what's worse? IS ALL OF THIS CANONICAL? It happened all the time, with Spider-Man being the one who suffers from this the most besides the X-Men! Did Spider-Man fight the Sinister Six? Newspaper Cover: "The Spider-Menace Strikes Again"! Is Spider-Man holding onto the rubble of a wrecked train so its passengers don't get crushed to death? A Ridiculous Idiot Sweating with Fear follows: "He... He's going to crash the train! He's going to bury us alive! Somebody stop him." It's one of the main reasons I quit comics, the writers want to do an Aesop of "Doing Good, Even If It's Difficult" but that's ridiculous and so false!
