The only thing i dont like which seems confusing is the almost inabilty to train his powers. However the one telekinesis one he used a bunch and got an achievement which upgraded it. I think the achievements are okay but not if there isnt like quest indicators or something. Like [use ability 1000 times to upgrade] so he knows, it feels like it will just be random power ups that will only come after plot points happen like plot armor. I think u said u changed this from something else in the start but i could be thinking of another fic.

I have a proposal for an eye that would be called the puppeteer's eye: allows you to control one or more people for 30 seconds from the first control (the count is the same for each person from the first control) to activate the eye the target must answer 3 questions in any way (word or gesture) to improve the eye it will be with the number of people manipulated simultaneously or the total number having been controlled

I’d say label them so when can get excited for the possibility of our favorite eye getting upgraded. Also if you need more eye ideas there’s the evil(?) eye cyoa its basically a bunch of chuuni-ish eye powers.
