How did this OC Kenshi know that Hinata had the “purest” eyes of her clan? It’s one thing for that idiot on the moon to know (I’ll just hand wave it away as alien space magic), but quite another for this random guy to know. It’s not like there’s a Byukugan strength detector or jutsu they can employ that will test it. They certainly cannot assess the strength of normal Sharingans beyond the number of tomoes, so how can they assess the strength of the Byukugan?
