he doesnt owe them squat. he didnt ask to be eragon. also poverty will exist after him. its stupid that he feels this way. if he really cared he woulve killed the twins before they contact galbatorix about sapphira. now the king will attack the varden earlier so those 6 months he thinks he has are going to be cut short

he could've gone hunting with the men. hell his night vision plus stealth would even help him with this. also he could get a stick or club to practice swordsmanship because i'm not sure if they have a sword laying around that they'll give to a kid. also a knife would be useful for hunting. same with a bow. he could've done plenty. he's just lazy. he'll obviously get the kick in the ass when his mom dies. at least i hope

What was the point of wishing for mastery if he still has to learn it? He could've just used the system as a guide. I mean at first I was like okay he wasted a wish but I guess it's worth it cus he just doesn't want to put in the effort but now we know he really did waste it.
