Honestly, I think keep the title. It makes it clear that it is LotR, it makes clear that the mc is Sauron/Meiron and it makes clear that we are reading a comedy. This is a lot of info for 6 words, which I think works perfectly

Maybe? but also it is a very eye grabbing title making it stand out from all the other "Lord of the Rings: Reincarnated as Sauron" type novels that are out there (and 80% or more are pretty bad novels so idk if you want to be associated with that). I think as long as you make it clear on the description what the novels about then people will read it no matter what the title is.

I can see why people would be confused, but ultimately it's not too big of a deal. Maybe make it clear what to expect in the synopsis then? I don't remember what your synopsis was since it's been a while. I'm more concerned about Mairon constantly fainting. It seems like he's fainting way too often for my liking.
