NTR, mortal enemies that are constantly recurring and never die even though author says the MC is ruthless. These two are instant turnoffs for me.
When a MC loses their memories, I'm out, instantly. Too many bad experiences. It feels like a cheap way authors try to forcefully create action/novelty while stalling the main plotline, tends to take too long, and why tf would anyone want to read about not quite MC breaking their relationships and losing their goals cause they can't remember who they are? Plus Alzheimer's is the leading cause of death in my family....
You know, the picture not filling the frame of this story's cover does look a little jarring in the night mode specifically. Not sure if you would want to bother with changing it a tidbit but i have an idea about how. If the white at the top and the bottom is part of the picture I would cut it out but if you have the picture without them then that's one less step. Then I would add a stripe of the red from the picture background that's the same width as the picture and the hight that the picture is missing from the standard cover hight. Then it would just be the case of choosing some good looking font and a fitting letter size and typing in the title of the story on that red stripe. I reckon that should look better.
