I have no clue whatsoever why this artwork depicting the story's MC is somewhat small and its resolution is poor in the chapter comments while in this same comment in your account's activity column both the size and the resolution of the artwork are just fine.
WN doesn't allow to make screenshots in the app and the chapter is perfectly fine in browser, or in Chrome at least, so unfortunately I'm unable to give you any photos of the issue. As for what's wrong it's that on the app the whole chapter is in the form of a single paragraph with all sections that are supposed to be separate paragraphs being divided with <br/>. Obviously something got messed up by WN in "translation" of code into the text it describes. Unfortunately I have no idea what to do about it. WN support might be able help though.
Hmm… I've been thinking about a hero name for Emma and it really is difficult to come up with a unique enough name which both fits the fire theme and sounds nice. Honestly, if someone constructs one that has an interesting meaning on top of it, a truckfull of cookies, or multiple of these really, would be very much warranted. I for one definitely didn't find anything mind-blowing but not everything was completely bad. None of the of the options in "fire/flame + spirit/spectre" are any good, at least in my opinion. If "sun/star" are used the end products are only a little better, although "star spirit" and "sun spectre" could even be called somewhat decent. However, when "soul" is combined with "fire/flame/sun/star" things are noticably different. Each of the products is quite decent with one exception, a decidedly better exception. To me "sun soul" is simply pretty darn great. There are more options which could be considered like "fire/flame incarnate" which don't sound good but have a rather cool meaning. Many options can be made by preceding or following "sun/star" with various words, for example following with "fire/drop/shard/burst" (Starfire is DCs tho) or preceding with "blazing/shining/brilliant". There are also components that fit only one of the "sun/star" duo and not really the other, an example being "shooting star" and "sun spot".
Why is Sett, in his point of view section, calling Vista by her civilian name? Did she reveal her civilian identity to him?
Looks like Endbringers probably should start their prayers for swift deaths or just dip out on everything to save their lives. They sure are the most likely targets around for that one.
So you will want roll probabilities to be somewhat like this or harsher? Quality -3 to -1 » 1% (d1) ; 3% (d2 to d4) ; 5% (d5 to d9) Quality 0 » 10% (d10 to d19) Quality 1 to 3 » 20% (d20 to d39) ; 25% (d40 to d64) ; 15% (d65 to d79) Quality 4 to 7 » 10% (d80 to d89) ; 5% (d90 to d94) ; 5% (d95 to d99) ; 1% (d100)
When I read this the first time around I somehow ended up interpreting the second sentence completely wrong. Now I now that the actual meaning of "this power can be recalled at any time but once recalled remains inactive for one week before reactivating" is "the loaned power can be taken back at any time but when recovered it will remain unusable for a week before become available for use" but before I thought it meant "the power lending can be deactivated at any time but will become unusable for a week after that". I swear, my brain sometimes… I'm pretty certain that my brain scrambled due to the "recalled", not like it actually matters much.
It just crossed my mind as I was moving on the third paragraph down. Would Sett's system count the potion as used up if Sett poured it from its original bottle into another? If yes then he can make a business out of this one bottle, sell the potion in separate doses as a potent emergency healing medicine. Although it would be a good idea to first get a good stockpile of them to save up on mana and for any emergency situations when Sett won't have enough mana to heal everyone he wants to and the three doses in this one bottle won't be enough.
That prank magic tome might offer some decent options. So I would advise to read enough of it to at least learn what spells it contains. You never know, it just might contain something perfect for the job.
I wonder why that one uncommon weapon pull result from this chapters notes was changed into an uncommon knowledge one, and I'm honestly kind of puzzled by this. Was it maybe so Sett doesn't have a far too easy start? Yea, I really don't know. The main reason for this comment isn't that, anyway. So did you maybe consider making an auxiliary chapter with summary of Sett's pull rewards as they are before the beginning and at the end of each latest chapter? It's pretty much impossible to remember all of the pull rewards Sett got throughout the story and the longer the breaks between the chapters are the more people will forget between each chapter. Right now there's only 10 chapters and even though yours are extremely long for WebNovel standards it wouldn't take a crazy amount of time to look through all the chapters and find all pull rewards even if one didn't utilize a text search function and employing it, all the pull rewards really could be compiled within an hour or something like that. I'm also quite sure you wouldn't get any complaints from new readers (especially when this story exceeds 20 chapters) about a separate auxiliary chapter with end of chapter pull rewards lists for all chapters. I for one find myself wishing for such auxiliaries more than often enough when reading a story that has more than 40 average WN length chapters.
You know, I totally did not notice the note at the bottom of first chapter with details on the pull results' qualities because honestly how many authors put anything important there? I would have noticed that note being very long if I scrolled past it but I usually read on browser and prefer to select next chapter rather than scroll down for it for whenever a page with a story I'm reading reloads. This way any page that reloads will always start with the chapter I was reading rather some chapter many before the one I'm on and I'm not relying on my frankly very poor memory to keep track of what chapter I'm on in all the stories I read at any time. So yeah, I didn't realize junk pull was an actual quality until chapter ?, didn't notice common pull quality result in chapter 2 and so only learned about this quality in chapter 5 alongside rare pull quality. When I noticed that note I just became kind of resigned due to all the info compiling and d100 number ranges guessing I did trying to figure out probabilities for each pull quality. So yeah.
I honestly don't mind any starter except Chikorita, which I don't particularly like, while I find Bulbasaur and Snivy a little uninteresting. The other 5 I'm completely okay with. Notable are Treeco's final form's mega evolution and Rowlet's two final evolutions but I still quite like Turtwig, Chespin and Grookey.
Not gonna lie I'm concerned about lack of updates today and yesterday. I really hope it's just a busty moment and you haven't got yourself burnt out by posting more than healthy for your interest in this story. I wanted to ask you how you are holding up with the release schedule and if you don't think you should reduce it a bit. I just kept forgetting.
