Looks like the MC is slowly breaking and losing his path causing him to takes the most extreme path. For ex: the werewolves with him killing everyone and him justifying it to himself. As well as his extreme mindset with killing Though I will say this he is starting to look more like a Greek hero with all this hardship.

How many more chapters till he dies and gets added to the throne and summoned? It could also be interpreted as when does this arc end?
