Will he tell someone about the Vivarium? Since Snape is going to tell Dumbledore and not answering anything would make him look extremely suspicious he should probably tell only Dumbledore about it but just about the beasts and such nothing more.

He seems a bit passive with Snape, ie "You going to talk to the Headmaster? Let me call the Aurors". Also, in that world I would be VERY concerned if someone did that to anyone, is he 100% none of the blood... disappeared?

The way this shapes to be there are 2 ways, 1 he "joins" the triwizard tournament or he is a bystander and trys to keep to his learning schedule. But we all know how the next 2 years or shaping up to be so might aswell enjoy this year, (hopefully) he can find a timeturner in his legacy somewhere so that he can learn the rest faster, and "focus" on other things instead of catching up.
