Also I got an injury on my right arm, my team went into a match and I got "sandwiched" the linebacker crushed my right shoulder with his helmet, it's not broken but it hurts a lot. Na Ippo wins vs Ricardo and Miyata challenges him after in a world titel match. And Sora has his own journey gives the author room to implement his own ideas into the story. otherwise it would basically be "stealing" ippos chances and he wouldn`t grow as fast if he doesn`t win a titel along the way as he doesn`t get confidence etc. Ippo isn`t a Mc where you have to "steal" his achievements especially if he keeps growing and becomes like 177+? I mean mike tyson was 178 so he would just have to build muscles if he wants more belts.
That fight was brutal, but it helped them grow. I'm just pushing it earlier, and with a bigger rival, I hope Ippo will also become a lot stronger. I want my hero to get into the world, a Ricardo Versus Ippo, would be amazing. - crouchingTiger7dCommented

I worked on that, and eventually I could block one or two for every six punches, he made me do another excersice and he hit me more with that one, he told me to rest for 2 minutes and control my breath, After that, I would do rope work and punching the bag with the combinations he told me. - crouchingTiger7dCommented
well i would recommend 3 ideas for manga (more than enough for 1 mangaka). Obviously Dragon Ball, Slam Dunk, Death Note (well he should be finished with the other 2 ideas)

he will probably go up a class after loosing and not beating ippo and fight sora. which is more in line with what everybody would have hoped for. we dont get a ippo misaki fight but one with sora

sry to say it but that would basically be a "copy" of the manga, i don`t think a traverser neccesarily has to "replace" the MC it is ok to have their own story and support each other along the way. but i don`t think Aoki would be a problem we all know he doesn`t amount to much on the world stage so there is no conflict after 1-2 years. specially when he can just switch between 1-3 weight classes depending on opponents.
I still need to recover my old body, I am shorter so I could be at a lower weight class I'm at middle weight but that's Takamura's path, I won't be able to go there, even when he relinquised that belt it's not something I want, I could do better at Lightweight but that was Aoki's, so I'm going to take the spot of Junior Welter, there are also really good boxers at that class, and it's only 11kg that I need to go down, no big deal If I have a year to lose them. - crouchingTiger7dReplied to killer_cruel
well if you think about it, Ippo was hit like 1000+ times in the head... he just has to transform his body weight into shape. But ippo will probably face the same problem as in manga without help

the story started in 1989 so he just retired a few years ago. so there a few nice fights in the 90s.

he can get 2-3 titels if he wants to, i mean Ippo himself was more about inspiration of hard work etc. if the author really wants to force it he can give ippo a world titel and retire afterwards due to too much brain dmg, but Sora can continue and Ippo can stay relevant in a supporting role.

that and you can put him into the right direction at some times, just go a weight class higher later to "avoid" fighting each other

we ventured into the school, and easily found our class, everything went fastforward, we presented to the class, the director gave a speech, and we find about our teacher in charge, some girls talked with me and I saw Ippo at the middle of the classroom, definitely not in the protagonist spot, that was mine, I sit by the window.
