Or just panacea power because shard want to be use and panacea got it by healing people but if someone indiscriminately alter biological life they will lose themselves and act like god because even the brain can be rewritten so he basically have dominion over biological life that's why Panacea only do little with her power and when she use that power that have anything to do with brain she basically had to Imprison herself because she will basically became Slaughter 9 Equivalent with shard urging and realization and With STRESS dealing with hospital work and the burden of having feelings for vicky meant she will broke so she just turn in herself with Cage

Pretty interesting. Though how did he leap from regeneration to "exerting his powers" to manipulate life suddenly? There wasn't really any mention about how he noticed he could do that or how he could do it.
