Of course my idea is just a suggestion that i think would work well with the upcoming tech theme. I also think scp-2273 "Major Alexei Belitrov" would be a interesting scp to be added to help build some ideas for your story!Great work as always keep it up!

How about scp-1678 unlondon it can also server as the MC's way of expanding the foundation to other parts of the world. Also acts as a starting point for the foundation to interact with the world goverments slowing becoming the former independent self.
