Minato should have the potential to become someone on the six paths level. Minato, canon, became hokage. His chakra is relatively strong. Just try to remember what he did all during the Kyubii attack. Teleport to save Naruto, teleport with Naruto away, localize Kushina and maybe another teleport or two, teleport her to Naruto, teleport to the village, teleport kyubiis tailed beast bomb away, teleport away from obito kamui, teleport away from the chains, teleport above obito and use a rasengan, teleport to obito and break the connection of his with the kyubii, teleport to the village, summon the toad chief, teleport himself and the kyubii a good distance away from the village, teleport to kushina and then both to the kyubii, teleport to Naruto and both back, reaper death seal, seal half the kyubii inside him with a jutsu that kills the caster, summon a seal altar and seal the remaining half of kyubii into Naruto, while he was stabbed open through his stomach and then died after kushinas talk to Naruto. He could probably achieve a chakra reserves of something between 3 to 10 times higher then his canon counterpart. Then there is armament haki. There are many stages/levels. 1: invisible coating. A simple invisible armor around your body and being able to touch logia. 2: hardening. Strengthen your attack/defense. 3: emission. Instead of simply coating your body, you flow the haki out of your body and away like a force field or a pressure of pure force. In the most simple terms, it increases your strength. 4: internal destruction. Advanced form of emission. Flow your haki out like emission, but send it into the body of the enemy, to destroy the enemy from the inside. Conqueror haki was limited by rob, in terms of stunning people. You can only stun a few and even then it’s weak. Might only work on the weakest. But there is still conquerors coating. Coat your conquerers around your fist/weapon and increase your strength by a good amount. And there is conqueror killing, which makes others not being able to sense shanks with observation haki. Might make a good use in the Naruto world with sensors. Minato also has the pika pika no mi. Even without learning the fly thing thunder god, he would become the fastest ninja. His speed would even surpass most otsutsuki. But that’s only speed, we are not talking about reaction time and so on. With his observation haki, if he learns future sight and combines it with his pika pika no mi, he will be able to avoid almost anything. But attacking is not so easy, since in order to attack, he needs to materialize.
