1. Teleportation POWER/ABILITY TO: The power to manipulate energetic teleportation power. Variation of Teleportation, Teleportation Manipulation, Psychic Energy Manipulation, and Force Manipulation. Also Called • Basic/Concentrated/Mass/Pure/Robust/Simplified Teleportation • Teleportation Force Capabilities: The user possesses an energetic and potent variation of teleportation. This power is primarily centered around the raw power of teleportation. The differences between teleportation, teleportation energy, and teleportation force are the capabilities and range of techniques for each ability. For teleportation, users can transport matter and energy on a macroscopic (everything the naked eye can perceive) and microscopic (molecules, subatomic particles, nanobots, etc.), and the user is naturally gifted with both precision (imaginative manners user can use their teleportation) and blunt force (the amount of transport), depending on training and experience. Teleportation energy is coined as the energy behind or associated with teleportation; users cannot use proper teleportation but can use energy-based abilities. However, teleportation force manipulation is primarily contained in the raw power of teleportation and teleportation energy. Another byproduct of manipulating teleportation force is the user can command anything that induces teleportation (extradimensional energy, essokinetic forces, multiversal forces, etc.), though possessing constrict applications for them included. For these reasons, users are confined to basic-advanced or master-level techniques but are served with overwhelming power. The user can teleport matter and energy on a continential, planetary, or cosmogonic scale naturally without issues, from transporting massive amounts of mass from cities and towns, mountains, lakes-worth of water, atmospheric gases, forests, to dwarf planets, moons, super-earths, gas giants, stars, and galaxies kilometers to light-years away. The user can use teleportation force to construct weapons, household or consumer items, architecture (houses, condos, skyscrapers, malls, and even cities) and utilize them in any manner the user demands or offensive uses from generating teleportation waves that not only transport anything that touches them but unleash violent spatial pressure around them from the overwhelming teleportation force or destabilizing teleportation force that dissembles the fragment of their contacted-target, leaving their original structure behind. The user can generate and manipulate a teleportation aura that can sense abnormalities in the user's vicinity thousands of miles away and behave as a sentient exoskeleton, growing appendages that can interact with anything or transport anything. The user essentially possesses the strength of a master-level, ultimate-level, or absolute-level teleporter. Since the user can manipulate teleportation power, the user can use any natural or supernatural force associated with teleportation. The user can manipulate space-time to cause contortions that create wormholes, black holes, or white holes and access pocket universes or dimensions to travel across the multiverse. Due to the user manipulating teleportation force, users cannot teleport anything on a microscopic level, possibly only the material as a whole, due to exploiting raw power and the instabilities at that scale (ex: a massive bodybuilder attempting to carefully put on a medium size shirt without it tearing). 4. Haki is separated into three categories, or "types" (色, shoku?). The three types of Haki are: • Kenbunshoku Haki (見聞色の覇気, Kenbunshoku Haki? Observation Haki), which gives the user a sixth sense of the world around them, allowing them to sense the presence, strength, and emotions of other people. It also grants limited precognitive abilities, allowing the user to sense their opponents' intentions and predict their actions and attacks before they happen. An advanced level of Kenbunshoku allows the user to actually foresee a short period into the future. • Busoshoku Haki (武装色の覇気, Busoshoku Haki? Armament Haki), which allows the user to use their own spiritual energy as armor to defend against attacks, as well as make their own attacks more potent. It can also be used to bypass Devil Fruit defenses, such as Logia intangibility. A person can apply the armament to a section of their body, over their entire body, and even imbue it onto their weapons. An advanced level of Busoshoku allows the user to emit the armament a short distance without a medium. A higher grade of advanced Busoshoku allows the user to make the emitted armament flow into a target's body and destroy it from the inside out. • Haoshoku Haki (覇王色の覇気, Haoshoku Haki? Conqueror's Haki), which grants the user the ability to unleash their own willpower to overpower the will of others. This results in victims being mentally overwhelmed by the user, with particularly weak-willed foes instantly losing consciousness. Haoshoku is a rare form of Haki that only one in several million people are born with the ability to use. An advanced level of Haoshoku allows the user to infuse their conquering spirit into their weapons and physical attacks, greatly augmenting their power. Only a small handful of the most powerful Haoshoku users are able to achieve this. Another advanced level of Haoshoku allows for the ability to manipulate one's aura or presence, which negates an opponent's ability to sense the user with Kenbunshoku Haki. Most people who can use Haki tend to have one type that they are better at, and, as a result, focus on training and fighting with that type primarily. However, a person can improve their abilities with all the types of Haki, it just requires more work. Each type of Haki has levels of usage, so even two proficient users might not be of equal strength. Furthermore, it is possible to use at least two types of Haki simultaneously.
I don't mind the nerfs as the story would be quite boring without them. look at light human in mha for example, there are no stakes at all in that fanfic and just a boring slice of life. but my main gripes is that, the way the nerfs are given are very uncreative and doesn't make sense for the most part.
What the use of supreme being making wishes if its not granted fully and it's there own fault that happen to mc sure there a limit like not wishing the 3 Os but that kinda the ultimate wish, but anything below that is okay like all for one quirk is already OP like all might One for all also like new order is also OP but just with limit that it pertain to use their voice and how many times they can activate said order simultaneously and have to cancel it to use a new one, OP wishing for haki and not guaranteed to get conquered is kinda lame like why not make him more firm in his will to acquire armaments I understand it need training but with it being limited it kinda dissatisfying wish
