This is perhaps the most incredible application of his abilities yet. It’s so glaringly obvious in hindsight, yet I never saw it coming until these two chapters.

Oh, come on! I saved up some chapters to get some good reading in all at once, but this was the biggest cliff I could've landed on in these last 10 chapters... man... This book is too good.

Was there an error when describing his abilities? It said his aspect legacy was shadow dance, and proceeded to say his awakened ability was shadow dance as well.

He is a shadow during shadow step, he now is taking the shadow form of his and molding it into reality through shadow shell (which normally was used as a sort of armor for Sunny’s physical body). He’s fought in this form prievously (just not in a physical state) in his fight with the shadow awakened, the reflection, and during his fight with nightmare/ravenous fiend. I expect that this form will make him nigh invincible as he is just a conglomeration of shadows and can’t be hurt by physical means. I expect this will allow him to now not only replicate the moves of his opponents but also their physical appearance since he is no longer limited to size.

If Mordret can make Mirror minions, why can't Sunless make Shadow minions?

I hope this means that he can manifest his shadows into reality. It would be funny to see them

i might be remembering it wrong but didnt the woman he saw use shadow dance have seven shadows around her? maby sunny can copy himself up to seven times

Hears a thought, he is now a tyrant, so where is his new tyrant ability? He should be able to make a shadow army or something.

I can see all of those shadows in his soul getting command over their own separate form eventually.

It's nice to see that Shadow Dance is still a thing and he is still trying to learn. But I worry what is the next thing to be unlocked. If it turns out to be another Shadow God's blood will Weaver eat it again? I hope not.
