I agree with you to a certain extent but not dying is her flaw. There’s no choice for her in that matter and hopefully from reading about Jet, despite her will for survival, if that flaw wasn’t bestowed to her I’m sure she would welcome death regardless with her soldiers.

Well technically everyone that was left in falcon scott was already dead. Their fates were sealed as long as they did not leave.
