That is indeed the question. How he appears in her prophetic visions. If he doesn't at all, then she'd be bound to notice an inconsistency when things aren't one-to-one. He may also appear, but she isn't able to focus on his existence, even if she's aware of the involvement of someone. Like how Oblivion and Effie's partner are so hard to keep in memory, Oblivion more so of course.
