I prefer the demon continent arc. So I vote 1.

why not proceed on both route, go on demon continent but bigger, device own plot connecting the canon for easier transition. considering the demon continent wasn't really mapped out on the novel you could create your own background. great story keep it up!

2, teleport rudeus with his mom or the maid with a sister, teach sister his magic sword style, or hasten his meet up with sylphie to the magic academy.

Thanks for the chapter! He should get some items for his fam and sylphy back in Buena as well. Unless...you plan to make him regret not doing it for character growth and drama.

I think the issue is if rudy and eris get teleported somewhere else that means logically everyone else also gets teleported randomly... This has huge ramifications like people who died surviving and people who lived dying and certain people wouldn't meet like with rujeird or slyphy and the princess. If you have a concrete idea of what you want to do and where you'd want to take the story then thats great but I think it could quickly become overwhelming and confusing if you change things without think of the consequences.

There is no nanahoshi in this timeline so why even have a mana calamity. That was unique to og rudeus because both he and nanahoshi died by truck-kun. In this fanfic the mc was the only person who died by truck-kun
