THIS IS FANFICTION, the world building is done! it has been completed by naruto, if it was a novel i ofc wouldnt have a problem with this kind of chapter but a fanfiction is a different thing!

Are you one of the guys that likes novels that time skip every non-fighting arc because you just want to see the MC bashing people? You would've really preferred for the story to go from fight with Kakashi to Chuunin exams with absolutely no gap in the middle for world building?
