I mean capitan america isnt a saint, he has faught a war he obviously had killed before And knowing mc will only be using the league to kill actual bad people, steve is perfect for that, helping the league to be a better place Also i belive the reason ras was evil was because there was a demon connected to the pit, but since mc is in charge, he can avoid the corruption part of the pit Also i like how you think of steve with diana, after all she was inmortal, i also tought about this detail, gald to see you already fix this.
